Hi ladies!  My name is Erin and I LOVE to cook!  My husband thinks I'm the best cook in the world.  You know how everyone loves Marie's cooking in Everybody Loves Raymond?  Well that is what people think of me!  LOL  I create new recipes all the time and I always find new recipes to try out.  My family is not picky, they eat everything.  So I am always trying something new.  I love new recipes and I hardly actually leave them alone, I always add extra garlic or whatever.  Anyway, I could just cook all day!  :D
