by SugarSuzie on Oct. 8, 2008 at 4:57 AMHow far along are you? When I was pregnant, I would go through phases of extreme worry, but not every night. The only thing that helped me was thinking: 1 - It's gonna happen, you can't stop it now! 2 - Yeah, it's gonna hurt, but millions have done it before me! 3 - If it gets too bad, then I can always get an epidural!!! Also, I had way more crazy baby dreams than worries!

by stormcris on Oct. 8, 2008 at 4:58 AMPerhaps you need to try to refocus your mind on the end result. The beautiful baby that will be there when all is said and done. BTW you will be able to handle the pain I have seen some women who I know that burst out crying if they get so much as a paper cut come through labor just beautifully. Quoting kaitlyn322: |

by LizlovesCarson on Oct. 8, 2008 at 4:58 AMThats how I felt, too. And it hurt...until I got my intrathecal....lol. Then not so much :) I don't think I would do it without pain meds...I had an episiotomy and tore...had to have stitches...it would not have been pleasant without the pain meds....then again, I didnt like feeling out of it, but that wont stop me next time! And you may get lucky and have short labor and a small baby :) Quoting kaitlyn322:
