  • Personal Statement

    I'am new to being a stay at home mom. I previously worked as a teacher in a preschool for 12 yrs,Since I married and started staying home I feel as though a lot of my friends  from work have drifted away. My husband is the greatest! He works full time and on his days off he actually gives me "time off" from my daily routine. ie: cooking,breaking up the arguing of the two older ones, and change diapers. In exchange I take care of him during his work days. We were togther in high school 16 yrs ago and on and off since. We are married now and loving it!

    Mostly the reason I joined cafe mom is to meet more mom's  like me and hopefully find friendships.

    O n August 6, 2008 Darius had his first bite of birthday cake! Mom stood by and proudly watched as little Darius savored his first bite. She can't wait until next year to see if the cake gets any more or less messy.
