I am a stay at home mom of two beautiful children. My husband is in the military and will be home in October 2008. YAY! He’ll be a recruiter in our area then for the next 3 years! Double yay! Hehe

I am a strong supporter of breastfeeding, cloth diapering, home schooling, baby wearing, natural childbirth, holistic medicine, and gentle discipline. I understand that some women can’t do these things for one reason or another and I don’t judge them for that. I feel that one should do what they feel is best for their children and I accept that not everyone shares my views on what’s best.

I enjoy sewing, making my own medicines (for minor ailments), camping, fire twirling, yoga, Ren. Fairs and events, meditation, writing, drawing, etc. I am always willing to try something new (within reason) and believe in enjoying your life to the fullest. Having children should not stop that. It only enhances it as you learn new ways to enjoy yourself.

My children are my life and I will do anything I can to ensure that they are healthy, happy, and safe. Every decision I make reflects that. I want my children to have a wide variety of experiences and am always looking for new things to show them, teach them, and experience with them.

We are a very spiritual family. My husband and I are raising our children pagan and as they grow older we are teaching them about other paths as well so that when they are ready they can decide for themselves the path that is right for them.

I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends. You don’t have to agree with everything I believe in. I feel that it’s OK to disagree as that is one way we learn from each other. I accept that not everyone shares my views.
