17 Celebrity Dads Who Had a Baby After 60

Having children is a joy for those who wish to add "parent" to their list of titles. It's a lifelong commitment, and sometimes it's a dreamed-about and planned-for event, whereas other times it's a total surprise. For many people, the journey to parenthood happens early. But there are also plenty of people on the other side of the spectrum β€” those who become parents much later in life. Of course, the timeline tends to be driven by biology.

For people who have ovaries, there is often a predetermined limited time in which they can have a biological child (but of course, there are ways to get around this with science). Usually, biology means the ability to carry a child gets harder as the years go on.

But for people who have sperm, becoming a biological parent is less complicated because biology doesn't have the same timeline. Still, it's not super common to hear of someone becoming a parent in their 60s and beyond. For these celebrity dads, however, the uncommon is their reality.

Whether they became a father for the first time or all over again after 60, these celebrities who welcomed babies later in life must believe in the old adage that kids keep you young. (And honestly, we want to know where they get their all energy!)
