Aside from the felony case in Florida, both Joseph and his wife, Kendra Duggar, face multiple misdemeanor charges in Arkansas including endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment, according to Page Six.
Kendra wept during recorded jail phone calls as she told her husband that losing custody of their four children was her hardest experience and that her primary focus is now fighting for those babies, Page Six reported.

She additionally notified Joseph that she has retained independent legal counsel through longtime family attorney Travis Story to represent her uniquely in their upcoming child welfare hearing, according to People .
A reportedly humiliated Joseph authored apology letters from jail to family members to express his shame for dragging the Duggar name through the mud following the allegations of molesting a 9-year-old girl in 2020, according to Page Six.
While Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar issued a statement describing their heartbreak over the situation, other family members have publicly condemned Joseph’s alleged actions as vile and unthinkable, E! Online said.
