Even though Estee Williams has been a bit of a controversial figure on social media due to getting her viral start by showcasing a tradwife lifestyle, there’s truly nothing like the heartbreaking loss that comes with the death of a child. She recently shared on her TikTok account that her 8-month-old baby, Estelle, who was born with a congenital heart defect and was met with many health challenges during her short life, has died. It turns out that Estelle was on the heart transplant list multiple times, but was removed due to health complications. This whole story makes my heart just ache with grief.

In a TikTok posted on May 31, 2026, influencer Estee Williams shared a photo of her cradling her 8-month-old daughter, Estelle, who has died due to heart complications. The caption of the post read: “Until we meet again, sweet Estelle” with symbolic angel wings after her name.
Estee confirmed to People that her daughter, who was born with a congenital heart defect known as ventricular septal defect (VSD), died from multiple organ failure. She recently spent months in the hospital, hooked up to various machines.
Estelle was born on September 5, 2025, and was diagnosed with VSD just two days later. I can’t imagine what this family has gone through over these past eight months.
In March, Estee shared a health update on her baby girl.
Just a few days after celebrating six months with her baby girl, Estee took to her Instagram to share some photos and an update on little Estelle’s health journey.
Estee shared that “motherhood hasn’t looked the way [she] once envisioned it would,” but she felt very “blessed” to be her mom. The influencer frequently shared updates about her baby girl’s health on various social media platforms.
Estee called her baby girl a “beautiful little angel,” and shared how Estelle went on ECMO life support and was waiting on a “hero heart from a very special family,” which, tragically, never ended up finding her. According to People, Estelle had to remain in the hospital for primary care and was put on the top of the transplant list twice, but had to be taken off due to poor health.
The Reddit comments are full of people who are sending their thoughts and love to the family.
Though she’s been somewhat of a controversial influencer, Estee Williams and her family are receiving nothing but love on social media after the death of Estelle.
One person shared in the Reddit comments, “Heartbreaking. My daughter had a VSD that was repaired as an infant and this is my worst nightmare from that time in our lives. My heart goes out to her and her loved ones. The loss must be unbearable.”
Another person wrote, “My heart goes out to them. I hope her final moments were filled with peace and comfort.” A parent with a baby of their own also shared in the family’s grief. “This is horrific, I can’t even conceive of what it would be like to lose a child. Ever since having my own baby, I feel such a deep heartbreak whenever I hear a baby is sick or has passed. I hope she has all the support in the world,” they wrote.
We hope that Estee and her husband are surrounded by family and friends as they try to move through this unthinkable loss.
