One thing about Jennifer Lopez: She’s always down to have a good time with her kids. Now that her twins have officially graduated high school and are on summer break, J.Lo was spotted in the crowd with Emme at Ariana Grande’s concert on Saturday, where they were joined by the singer’s former stepchild, Fin. Even seeing Jennifer belt her heart out to “Thank U, Next” isn’t distracting people from pointing out what an awesome mom she must be.

Several videos circulating all over social media show J.Lo in the VIP area at Ariana’s Los Angeles show on June 20, and she was truly living her best life.
Not only did she have Emme with her, but they were also joined by Fin Affleck, the child of Jennifer’s ex-husband, Ben Affleck. Their kids have always been close with each other, so it makes sense that those friendships would outlast their parents’ marriage… and it doesn’t seem like Jen has a problem at all with continuing those relationships even though she’s not with Ben anymore.
The videos really show J.Lo giving it her all as she sang along to all of Ariana’s hits, but that’s not what people were focused on when they saw the footage.
People are impressed with what a great mom (and former stepmom) she is.
Celebrity moms tend to catch a lot of flak online, but this time, it’s the opposite. People on Reddit can’t help but give J.Lo her flowers for keeping Fin in her life post-divorce.
“I love how close they all still are. I only wish all divorced parents had this level of concern and love for their children and steps,” one commenter wrote.
Others are “dying” to see more of J.Lo’s approach to step-motherhood — and the way that Ben and his other ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, seem to love all of their collective kids, too.
“Forget the documentary JLo made about her great love affair with Affleck,” they wrote. “I am DYING for a heartfelt, human-centered docuseries about the blended Affleck-Lopez clan. 5 kids, two of whom are GNC. Ben may no longer be in her life, but that doesn’t seem to apply to his kids.
Whatever issues might have led to Ben and J.Lo’s divorce, it’s a beautiful thing seeing that they haven’t let it get in the way of how they feel about each other’s kids.
Besides, who’s going to turn down a former stepmom’s offer to go to an Ariana Grande concert? From where we’re sitting, it looks like everybody wins.
