We’re celebrating so much this month! It’s slowly (very slowly) getting warmer in much of the country, the sun shines a little brighter a little later each day, and flowers have been peeking out of the cold ground. Many of us are wrapping up our kids’ school year and others are getting close to doing so. And, of course, it’s going to be Mother’s Day, so hopefully moms will get to be pampered and treated like the Queens that we all are over these next several days. But even if some of us just want to sleep in a little later, we can always treat ourselves.

I cannot even tell you how many times my daughter’s hair has ended up in a matted, knotted mess that takes an hour to detangle after swimming or a sweaty hike. I would never keep her from doing fun, active things outdoors because of hair, but it really is a pain in the butt to deal with.
