Here’s a confession: Getting certified in CPR and first aid were on my “to-do list” for two years after my son was born. I knew I needed to do it but time just raced on at lightning speed when we became parents. It wasn’t until he had a febrile seizure in the middle of a busy restaurant and I thought he was dying that I realized that I can’t allow time to move that fast.
