Scott Disick’s Remarks About Kourtney Kardashian’s Weight 3 Months After Childbirth Spark Fresh Criticism

It’s been a long time since Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian were romantically involved, but reality TV lives forever… and unfortunately, that’s not a good thing for Scott in this case. An old clip from Kourtney & Kim Take Miami has resurfaced, and people are really unimpressed with the way that he’s talking about her weight.

It’s not just Scott who’s catching heat for this clip, though. Kim was there at the time too, and nobody likes the way she laughed instead of defending her sister, either.

Kourtney is talking about her postpartum body in the clip.

As Buzzfeed pointed out, this clip was filmed three months after Kourtney gave birth to her second child, Penelope, and her postpartum weight comes up as the topic of discussion after she steps on a scale.

After Scott asks Kourtney what she’s “supposed” to weigh for her height (around five feet tall), she says 105. Scott then claims that seeing Kourtney at 93 pounds would be “the dream.”

Yes, she’s a short queen, but this is a wild comment for Scott to make — to be clear, it would be wild to speak to any woman like this about her weight, but especially to his then-girlfriend who had just given birth to their second child together.

They then start talking about how quickly Kourtney lost weight after giving birth to her first baby, Mason. Kourtney acknowledged that she went “overboard” on her weight loss efforts that time, but Scott replied, “At least you were losing weight.”

People hate the way Scott was speaking to Kourtney.

“The fact that he felt comfortable enough to talk about her like this on camera?” one person replied to the post where the clip is going viral on X.

“I don’t watch their show anymore but remember Scott saying ’93 is the dream’ like it was yesterday, singed into my memory,” another person wrote. “People forget how awful he was, anyone else remember him shoving money in a waiter’s mouth?! And this man gets so much support why exactly??”

Even more people were disappointed in how Kim reacted.

Kim was in the room during this conversation with Scott, and though at one point she did ask her sister how she felt about what Scott was saying, she was also laughing at his comments and not sticking up for Kourtney the way fans thought she should have.

“Kim was here giggling at Scott’s comments and asking Kourtney how she feels when he makes those remarks GIRL STFU,” one person wrote on X.

There’s definitely distance between Kourtney and her family right now, and maybe moments like this are why. It’s worth thinking about…
