Now that Jinger Duggar has settled into life as a mom of two, it's safe to say that so far, she's killing it. Although it does seem like Jeremy Vuolo is a pretty active dad, we have to hand it to Jinger for how seamlessly she transitioned into motherhood. Being a mom is no easy task, but up to this point, she seems to be passing every obstacle with flying colors, and Jinger, Felicity, and Evangline are such a sweet trio of mother and daughters.
Of course, after watching Jinger on 19 Kids & Counting and Counting On, we're not exactly surprised that she's been a total natural at parenting so far. After all, she helped raise many of her younger siblings, and she's been there for her little nieces and nephews, too. Once it came time for her to have a baby of her own, she was ready for the challenge. Not only has she managed to keep her girls alive, but they've also been well dressed, well traveled, and very well loved. Every day, we continue to be so impressed by her.
Here are all of Jinger's best moments as a mom so far. We can't wait to continue following along with her journey and finding out what the future has in store for her and her girls. We don't know what will happen to their family next, but one thing's for sure: Felicity and Evangeline are two very lucky little girls to have Jinger as their mommy.
She Takes Her Girls on Adventures
Even from the time Felicity was very little, she was attending events with her parents. Here, she is all smiles as she accompanied her parents to a gala they went to for charity. It's awesome that they never slowed down a bit since she was born … and now, with two kiddos, they keep on going.
Three Generations
Jinger has always been big on family, so it's no surprise that she was already instilling those same values in Felicity at a young age, such as when she took her to spend time with Grandma Duggar — and we know this photo means even more to her now that her grandmother is gone.
"I am so thankful for my grandma. She has been such an example to me by her faithfulness in sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with unbelievers around her," Jinger wrote. "I have such fond memories of witnessing together, thrift shopping together, running errands together and just chatting about life with this precious woman. What a godly heritage! It was a joy to spend time with her when we were last in AR."
Sister Time
Speaking of family, how adorable are Jinger, Felicity, and Johanna? We can't believe how grown up Johanna is already — and this picture is already a few years old! We also love that she gets quality time with her big sis, even though Jinger lives far away. These three are so sweet.
Like Mother, Like Daughter
This matching moment is one of our favorites. Fingers crossed that Jinger, Felicity, and Evangeline will wear more mother/daughter matching accessories in the future, giving us the fashion inspiration we need for our own kiddos. Is it just us, or does Felicity always look her best in florals?
Plenty of Family Time
Jinger, Jeremy, and Felicity make the most adorable family, and photos like this are proof of that. They've seemed like they are over the moon about being parents from the very beginning, and clearly, Jinger and Jeremy make an excellent team.
Traveling With Felicity
Jinger has always loved traveling, so is it any surprise that she and Jeremy continued to explore the country with their babies in tow? It didn't take long for them to bring baby Felicity with them as they continued their adventures, and so far, it seems like they've done the same with Evangeline.
Keeping It Real
One of Jinger's best mom moments? Being real about the struggle … which usually involves this issue when it comes to the laundry. We know other moms can relate — and we have a feeling that Jinger's laundry has only multiplied tenfold since bringing Evangeline home last year!
Taking Her Baby on a Plane
Anyone who's had to travel with a kid knows that it takes a very brave woman to board a plane with a baby, but Jinger has fearlessly attempted this challenge — several times, actually. And so far, even as she's gotten older, it seems like she's pretty good at keeping Felicity happy while they're traveling.
Taking a Newborn to Church
It's hard to bring a baby on a plane, but bringing one to church? Let's just say it's not ideal to have a baby in a place where most people are being quiet. But it seems like Felicity killed it, going to church for the first time with her parents as a newborn. Way to go, Jinger!
The Snuggle Is Real
Not all of Jinger's Instagram photos are taken when the family is all dressed up and out and about. Sometimes, she shares these more quiet moments, and we love that Jinger takes the time to just snuggle up and enjoy her baby. These are the moments she'll remember forever!
Announcing Felicity's Birth
This was the sweetest birth announcement, and we were so excited for Jinger when we found out that Felicity was finally here. We do have to admit that this little lady has known how to make an entrance, especially in her birth special on Counting On. This was where it all began!
These Adorable Giggles
There are few things better than baby laughs! It's impossible to watch this and not laugh ourselves. We love that Felicity seems to be such a happy baby who turned into a happy toddler, and that definitely has to be at least partially thanks to her amazing mom.
A Pro With a Stroller
Look at mom pushing that stroller and carrying that diaper bag effortlessly. Jinger is a total pro. And don't think we haven't noticed that she's managed to learn how to wrangle a three year old and infant all at the same time these days, too. Growing up with all those siblings paid off!
Dealing With Felicity's Moods One Photo at a Time
Taking photos with an infant is definitely a challenge if you're trying to pose, but Jinger just goes with whatever happens in the moment, even when Felicity is more interested in her mom's hair than posing for the camera. Hey, you win some you lose some with babies!
She's a Total Natural
From the very beginning, Jinger has seemed so meant for motherhood — not that we ever had any doubt in our minds that she would be wonderful with her children. We can't wait to see her continue to grow as a mom, especially now that she has two daughters.
She's Got the Baking Thing Down
Lately Jinger's become a pretty impressive cook, especially in the baking department, and something tells us that she's going to use that skill as something she'll pass on to her daughters, too — and if nothing else, they'll benefit from their mom's delicious pumpkin muffins!
Her Love of Felicity's Personality
One thing is for sure: Jinger loves her daughters for just who they are.
"Felicity has ALREADY been giving me input on what she wants to wear. Not even two years old and she’s a little fashionista!" Jinger wrote when she shared this photo. "It’s so cute to see her enjoying it. Everyday, when I go into her closet to pick out her outfit, she follows me and makes her opinion known."
A Little Help
Jinger has also been encouraging Felicity to help her around the house, and as far as we can tell, she really seems to be enjoying the opportunity to do a little laundry with her mom!
We hope Jinger's enjoying this while it lasts!
Her Love of Music
All of the Duggar kids grew up taking music lessons, and for Jinger, that meant learning how to play the piano. It's become something that she's shared with Felicity, and there's no doubt that she'll enjoy passing it on to Evangeline in the future, too.
Welcome, Evangeline
Since Jinger and Jeremy aren't sharing as many photos of their kids these days, we haven't gotten to see much of Evangline. But this first photo of their baby girl, which Jinger shared to announce that baby Evangeline Jo Vuolo was born, is the sweetest thing.
Building a Swing Set
Need proof that this mom can do anything? Here's Jinger, building a swing set for Felicity all by herself! When Jeremy shared this pic, we were officially impressed. Felicity is definitely lucky to have a mom who would do this for her … and to have the example that Jinger is setting for her, too.
