She may be a born and bred English Rose, but make no mistake about it: Kate Middleton is a card-carrying fan of the sunshine. Sure, the Duchess of Cambridge always looks ridiculously chic in cool weather, what with her perfectly tailored coats and knee-high boots, but in her soul, she's a sun-loving spring and summertime babe.
