Well, Meghan Markle might not have Queen Elizabeth's approval on everything she's worn ever since joining the ranks of the royals, but she does have that flawless wardrobe thing down. The Duchess of Sussex is especially talented at putting together perfect full-glam outfits, and we're going to throw that up to her Hollywood past. What actress can't throw together a glamorous ensemble at a moment's notice? Well, luckily for our duchess, she can, and it's definitely helped her make her mark among the royals.
And she wouldn't be Meghan Markle without breaking a few rules, right? Her lovely sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, tends to stick to her elegant (and equally as beautiful) styles, the Duchess of Sussex takes the more risky approach. From high-leg slits to super-short tuxedo dresses, the sky is the limit when it comes to her glamorous royal wardrobe. Meghan really pulled out all of the fashion stops for her quick weekend trip to New York City, because well, when a royal makes it all the way to the Big Apple, it's go hard or go home. We definitely love the duchess's Manhattan style, and we're thinking maybe she should bring it back overseas sometimes.
Nothing but Glitter
So, we're thinking what happened here was that Meghan's royal stylist asked her how much glitter she wanted … and the duchess just simply responded "all of it." There's no other explanation for how such a sparkly outfit came to be, right?
The Ballgown of Dreams
Alright — we almost can't even describe how perfect this ballgown is. Meghan had never looked so much like a princess than she did here, and although this dress doesn't beat the two wedding dresses that the duchess had, it was pretty darn close.
The Classic LBD
An LBD can seem a little dated or old-fashioned, but honestly, they never go out of style … especially when Meghan Markle is rocking one. She really went all out with this belted black dress, and who doesn't want a glass of champagne as the perfect accessory?
Fiery Red
We could probably say this about every color Meghan wears, but boy does the duchess look amazing in bright red. She paired this vibrant dress with an even more vibrant highlight on her cheeks, and we're still not over it.
The Infamous Tuxedo Dresses
Oh man … we will probably never get enough of Meghan in these tuxedo dresses. The queen might not approve, but the duchess is brave enough to keep on wearing them — even while she's pregnant!
Duchess With a Cape
Our duchess does love a good cape dress! This blue ensemble that she sported during her and Harry's trip Down Under was definitely a triumph, and we also can't get over that amazing glow she had going on.
Nothing Wrong With Monochrome
Who ever said a monochrome outfit is boring?? Meghan put her baby bump on full display in this simple off-white dress, and she compensated for the no-fuss outfit with some really glam makeup. Just look at that smoky eye!
Another LBD
Seriously … Meghan has to be the queen of wearing a classic little black dress. She makes something that's so simple look so glamorous with just a few subtle touches. Shiny diamond necklace? Check. Sultry, yet romantic makeup? Definitely check.
Keeping It Flowy
Comfort can still be glamorous! Meghan went for a comfortable flowy gown during the some parts of her pregnancy, and honestly, we don't blame her. We wouldn't want to be in any restricting gowns while pregnant, but the duchess looked as glam as ever!

Now, we know Meghan is a part of the British royal family, but this white gown makes her look positively presidential. Looks like we'll just have to expected that the duchess is going to carry her American background with her always!
Dress With a Twist
I mean … just look at those sheer sleeves. One of the many things we love about Meghan is that she knows the difference that little tiny details can make in an outfit. Sure, this is a classic black evening gown, but those billowy sleeves take it to the next level.
Two in One
So we're not sure if this is a skirt and a blouse … of it's an unbelievable gown. Whatever it was, Meghan looks absolutely amazing in it, and we love that she wasn't afraid to show off her beautiful pregnant body!
Another Cape
Boy does this duchess love caped dresses! Meghan went perfectly on-theme for her and Harry's trip to Morocco during the late stages of her pregnancy. The duchess went for glamour and comfort with this draped gown.
Dodging the Paps
If she's going to have to dodge the paparazzi, then she might as well look amazing while doing it, right?? Even those large Hepburn-esque sunglasses would earn her the glamour outfit award, but the coat just takes it to the next level.
Another Tuxedo
This may be too bold of a statement, but we're going to go ahead and say that Meghan's black tuxedo dress is much sexier than her adorable white one. I mean … those legs. There's just no denying the glam.

And what's the most glamorous accessory out of them all? A handsome man of course! Sure, Meghan's royal blue gown is full-on glamorous, but we have to admit that Prince Harry's adorable smile elevates her outfit like there's no tomorrow.
A Halter in Fall
People just about acted like it was the end of the world when Meghan wore a halter dress in the middle of fall (with no coat!), but look, she just had to show off the designer bedazzling that was going on. Sequins mean automatic glam.
Going for Vintage
Meghan isn't usually one to go for a more vintage look (she leaves that to her duchess counterpart Kate Middleton), but when there's a pillbox hat involved, there's no denying the retro influences. Nothing says glamour quite like a vintage Hollywood look!
