Ever since they got engaged and tied the knot, we've loved following along with Kendra and Joseph Duggar's relationship and all of the adventures that have come along with it. Between seeing them court, get engaged, and get married on Counting On, and now following along with their growing family on Instagram, Kendra and Joe have had so many adorable moments that we just can't get enough of, and fortunately, they've been willing to share them all with their fans.
Recently, this sweet Duggar couple embarked on their latest chapter in their family's story — becoming a family of five. It's hard to believe that, with the latest addition of baby Brooklyn, they now have three kids — holy moly!
Here are all the sweetest family moments that Joe and Kendra have shared. We have a feeling this is just the beginning of a lifetime worth of memories and fun (and beautiful photos) that they will have as a family.
Getting Engaged
Joe and Kendra's engagement was extra special, considering that it happened when the family was already gathered to celebrate a pretty important day. Joe popped the question at Joy-Anna's wedding to Austin (with her blessing!), and it ended up being such a sweet moment. It was just the start of their life together.
Tying the Knot
Joe and Kendra's wedding was so beautiful, and Kendra made the prettiest bride. We couldn't get enough of her sparkly dress! And although the wedding was massive — as are all Duggar family events — it was such a special time for this couple.
The Honeymooners
These two really know how to vacation! After their wedding, Kendra and Joe headed off to Greece. We loved following along with their adventures — of course, we shouldn't be surprised that they ended up in such a beautiful location to celebrate their marriage.
Welcome to the World, Garrett
Not long after tying the knot, Kendra and Joe welcomed their first child into the world. Garrett was born in June 2018 — less than a year after their wedding. Immediately, it became clear that this little guy was so loved … and of course, so adorable.
A Family of Three
Once Joseph and Kendra got their own Instagram account, the photos started rolling in (and thankfully, many of them featured this adorable little guy). It's been so much fun to watch Garrett grow, and he's getting big so fast. We can hardly remember when he was this little!
Garrett's First Snow Day
This little guy got to celebrate his first snow day, and it seems like the whole family was pretty happy about it! We can't get enough of that grin on his face (or his adorable beanie). Not all little ones are too sure about snow, but it seems like it was love at first sight for Garrett.
Celebrating Easter
We've always been huge fans of Kendra's style, so it doesn't surprise us at all that the family showed up pretty dapper for Garrett's first Easter Sunday. He may have been missing his shoes — but then, it's pretty impossible to keep a pair of shoes on a baby — but he didn't seem to mind one bit.
Announcing Baby No. 2
In April 2019, Kendra and Joe had some pretty big news to share with their followers. They were expecting their second child! We knew that Garrett would make an adorable big brother, and Kendra and Joe both seemed over the moon about the news.
Showing Off Her Bump
Once Kendra's pregnancy was out in the open, the bump updates started flooding in! Isn't she the most adorable pregnant person? For most of 2019, Kendra's family pics started looking just a bit different with the appearance of their newest member.
It's a Girl
With these adorable onesies, Kendra announced that her second baby would be a girl! Looked like she and Joe were pretty excited to have a daughter … and although we're not sure Garret could quite grasp that he was getting a little sister, we're sure they'll love each other. It just might take some time!
Garrett's First Birthday
Over the summer, Garrett celebrated his first birthday. And we all know what that means: Kendra and Joe also got to celebrate surviving their first year with a baby. Things are about to get a lot more complicated when they have two instead of one, though!
A Family Hike
Thanks to their Instagram, we know that Kendra and Joe are a surprisingly outdoorsy couple. We love seeing photos of them getting out and about like this. And even better? Garrett's always tagging along with his mom and dad, no matter what their latest adventure might be.
This Adorable Bump Shoot
We're big fans of most of the photos we've seen of these two, but this is one of our favorites. It was taken when all of the Duggar ladies got together to share their pregnancies in a sweet photo shoot. Kendra and Joe are the cutest!
Their Second Wedding Anniversary
Kendra shared the sweetest photo and message for Joseph in honor of their second wedding anniversary, writing:
I love how patient and loving you are. Your servants heart shines when you are cleaning up after me when I’m sick in pregnancy and being right by my side through every contraction when I was in labor with sweet Garrett. You’ve been such a fun dad to Garrett and I’m looking forward to what the Lord has in store in the years ahead!
Family Beach Trip
This photo was taken while Kendra and Joe joined the Caldwells for a family beach trip. Considering that the Duggars themselves have never seemed too keen on visiting the beach, we love that these two are getting to have new experiences together. So pretty!
Getting Ready for Baby Sister
There was a good chance that this was one of the last photos taken of this family of three. Fortunately, it was a good one — definitely worth framing! It's crazy to think about exactly how much their little family has changed (and grown) since then!
Welcome Addison!
It's official: This family of three had become a family of four by the time this photo was taken. In November 2019, Kendra and Joe welcomed their first daughter and second child, Addison, into the world. And of course, she was gorgeous — but knowing who her mom is, we're not surprised.
Living Happily Ever After
Here they are — a proud mom and dad with their little girl! Even though they were just embarking on their adventure as parents to two kids instead of one, it wouldn't be long before their house (and their hearts) would become even more full — even fans couldn't have guessed!)
All Dressed Up
It hadn't been that long after Addison was born that this family of four was ready to get all dressed up and head out of the house together — and pose for photos along the way. We know that both Joe and Kendra come from big families, but seriously. This was impressive!
A Big Surprise
We definitely didn't see this announcement coming! Not even a year after Addison was born, Kendra and Joe shared that they were expecting their third baby.
"We are so excited to see Garrett and Addison’s reaction when they meet the new baby. Garrett has already been such a loving big brother to Addison and we look forward to Addison’s reaction to a life size baby doll. Life is full of surprises and we’re thrilled that it is a sweet baby that surprises us this time!" the couple wrote at the time.
Practically Glowing

Welcome, Brooklyn
Towards the end of February 2021, a new little lady joined Kendra and Joe's crew. They happily announced the arrival of their daughter, Brooklyn Praise, and how adorable is she? It definitely makes us wonder if they're planning to have more kids … or is Garrett forever their only boy?
A Happy Family of Five
In September 2021, Kendra and Joseph will celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary, and look at all the life that's happened to them in such a short time! They have three beautiful children and already so many memories. We can't wait to see what the future holds for them.
