Amy Robach & T.J. Holmes Now Spend ‘More Time Fighting’ Than Doing Anything Else

Following the cheating scandal that cost both Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes their careers in broadcasting, they finally took their relationship public in November 2023. But less than a year after that announcement, it sounds like the honeymoon is finally over. A source claiming to be close to the couple says that Amy and T.J. are fighting more often than not these days now that reality has truly set in, which could be a sign this love story is about to come to an end.

Things are reportedly going downhill fast for the couple.

"The honeymoon period is definitely over between them," a source told In Touch. "They spend more time fighting than anything else!"

"They bicker a lot more and the days of them not being able to keep their hands off each other are long gone," another source added.

The source claims they're surprised that media painted them to be the villains.

Apparently, Amy and T.J. thought that the public would respond better to their relationship, but the way it began didn't go over the way they expected it would — including with potential employers.

"They saw themselves as a storybook couple, but the public sees them as sleazy cheaters," the source said. "That’s not the kind of reputation a serious news program wants to recruit to their team!"

Now, they see each other as 'the person that likely caused their downfall.'

As one source tells it, Amy is even miffed that T.J. hasn't proposed yet.

"Squeezing them into a small space together like this while the world turned against them was a recipe for disaster," the source said of the couple, who share a small New York City apartment.

Their exes are reportedly having fun seeing the relationship implode.

Ironically enough, in the midst of all of this, Amy and T.J.'s former spouses — Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig — have found their way to each other, and according to the insider, they're still going strong.

"Of course, their exes are getting a kick out of it. It actually wouldn’t surprise people if Andrew and Marilee make it down the aisle before they do!" the source added.

As far as social media goes, Amy and T.J. seem to be doing fine.

Just last month, the couple spent time in Rome together, and they're still hosting their podcast, the Amy & T.J. Podcast, so by all appearances, they seem to be as happy as they've always been.

But if this intel is true, maybe not everything is how it appears on Instagram.
