It’s been several years since her husband Josh Duggar’s arrest for receiving and possessing child sexual abuse material, so maybe it’s time for a brand new look and passion project for the 19 Kids & Counting alum, Anna Duggar. Even though it shocked many, the mother of seven decided to stick by her husband throughout his time in prison and things have been fairly quiet on her end the past few years until she recently popped back up on social media. She’s got a new eye-catching hairstyle and a dog breeding business for adorable English Cream puppies — which may or may not match her new hair color!
Anna Duggar has popped up on social media in an unexpected manner to promote her puppy breeding business.
Just when you thought you might have seen it all from the Duggar family, in a rare move, Anna Duggar makes herself known on social media in a slightly more covert manner by posting a cute introduction video on the Golden Grove Pups Instagram page, which appears to be her dog breeding business.
Sitting in her vehicle, Anna is looking a little different as she’s sporting blond hair instead of her usual brown locks. She greets the camera by saying, “Hey there! We are just waiting outside our vet appointment and I thought I would introduce you to some of our guys.” By guys she means the three super cute English Cream golden retrievers that are crawling all over her while trying to get some camera time. Sound at all familiar?
There were certainly some positive comments left by followers who are happy to see Anna doing her own thing with this puppy breeding business. One person wrote, “The pups are adorable and it’s nice to see you Anna. You look great!”
We have to agree that she does look happy here, but how hard is that with a lap full of puppies?
Some folks have zeroed in on how she’s still wearing a wedding band, which is very surprising to some.
Other than the new blond hair and the cute crew of puppies, some people on social media have noticed that Anna is still sporting what appears to be a wedding band on her hand. In this Reddit thread, there is much discussion about Anna’s decision to stay married to Josh Duggar.
One commenter writes, “Like, I know she still wears the ring? But seeing her wear the ring is still mind blowing.” Another person went right for the jugular with a comment that reads, “Still so smug looking, even with her horrible husband in prison.” Ouch. That one has to hurt a little!
Another commenter does not shy away from leaving a little life advice for Anna, as they write, “She needs to get a divorce and move on with her life. There’s no way she is happy in life with her husband in prison … and stuck raising all those kids.” Well, this sounds like it’s coming from a loving place, doesn’t it?
Some individuals are a little unsure about her new business venture.
If you visit the Golden Grove Pups official website, you find that they’re set up “in the picturesque Ozark Mountains in Northwest Arkansas” and are “dedicated” to “raising exceptional English Cream Golden Retrievers.”
Even though Anna and whoever else is involved in this breeding business claims that they are “passionate caretakers” who are “committed to providing the best possible start in life for each puppy,” not everyone is convinced.
One commenter in the Reddit thread states, “Nothing personal, but buying quasi pedigree dogs is ill-advised. Unless you buy from [a] reputable breeder with verifiable lineage, you’ll never be able to show them or use them for stud.” Another person comments, “Why aren’t the puppies in a crate? So unsafe.” Hopefully, there was a crate somewhere in the back.
All we can hope for is that these puppies are properly cared for and they go to a good home!
