Christina Haack previously admitted that some people might think she’s flirting with her first husband, Tarek El Moussa. As it turns out, one of the people who seems to believe this is Christina’s second husband, Ant Anstead. On The Flip Off, Christina is competing against her ex-husband Tarek and his current wife, Heather. Originally, she was meant to compete alongside her third husband, Josh Hall. However, they split up while working on the HGTV show, and Christina later revealed that Josh didn’t like the way she interacted with Tarek.

Christina said ‘Tarek and I have our own dynamic,’ and Josh didn’t like that.
During an interview with Us Weekly, Christina admitted that “some could call [her relationship with Tarek] ‘flirty.’” Before she and Josh split up, Christina’s “flirty” relationship with her ex-husband was a big source of conflict in their relationship. “If I would laugh at Tarek, I would get the silent treatment for a week,” she told the publication.
On a recent episode of ‘The Flip Off,’ Ant also noticed that Christina and Tarek were ‘flirting.’
Christina’s ex-husband Ant Anstead was a guest judge on episode four of The Flip Off. While on the show, he made some comments about the way his ex-wife interacted with Tarek, per People. Speaking about Ant, Christina asked Tarek, “So were you bothering him or what?” Tarek bantered with her, saying, “Your presence just being around him is bothering him.”

Ant called the former couple out for “flirting.”
“Once you guys stop flirting with each other, let’s get into it. Cause we’re here to do a job,” he said. Later on, Ant once again reminded Christina and Tarek to “stop flirting.”
However, Tarek referred to himself as an “innocent victim,” and Ant agreed that they were “both innocent victims.” Tarek then joked that all of Christina’s ex-husbands could “start a boy band.”
Christina previously said she also worried about how Josh would perceive her relationship with Ant.
Though her “flirty” relationship with Tarek was a big problem in Christina’s relationship with Josh, she also worried about what Josh would think of her second husband. Ant and Christina didn’t even follow each other on social media until after Christina and Josh split up. They didn’t really talk to each other while Christina was with Josh, but they share son Hudson. Christina previously said she worried about attending Hudson’s sports games because of Josh.
“The whole time I was with Josh, I would worry [thinking about how] Hudson’s sports are coming up, [Ant and I are] going to have to be on the field together, how’s Josh going to handle it?” she told Us Weekly.
Still, when she asked Ant to be on her new show, she was thinking about Tarek. In a promotional clip for The Flip Off, Christina admitted that she asked Ant to be a judge on the show because she loves “to mess with Tarek.”
Now, Christina is dating Christopher Larocca.
Josh filed for divorce from Christina in July 2024. In February 2025, Christina made her relationship with her new boyfriend Instagram official, though they reportedly started dating months ago.
Christina definitely has a reputation for jumping into new relationships quickly, and Tarek and Heather even joked about this pattern by presenting Christina with an “anti-marriage contract.”
