Ashley St. Clair Claims Elon Musk Withdrew Child Support To ‘Punish’ Her for ‘Disobedience’

In February, conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair took to social media to share that she had welcomed a child in September 2024. “Elon Musk is the father,” she wrote at the time. Now, she has accused Elon Musk of withdrawing child support payments to “punish” her for “disobedience.”

In a video, Ashley St. Clair said she had to sell her Tesla.

Explaining why, Ashley, 26, told the Daily Mail that she needed “to make up for the 60 percent cut that Elon made to our son’s child support.” A reporter asked Ashley whether she feels like Elon, 53, is being “vindictive.”

“Well, that’s his modus operandi, when women speak out,” she responded. She added that “you can check the stocks. I’m not the only one who is cleaning up after his messes.”

After the video went viral, Elon responded to it on social media.

Ashley told the Daily Mail that Elon hasn’t communicated with her since February, but on Monday, March 31, he responded to the Daily Mail clip on X. “I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out. No court order is needed,” the billionaire wrote on X. “Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year.”

Ashley then responded to his post.

“Elon, we asked you to confirm paternity through a test before our child (who you named) was even born. You refused,” Ashley wrote in response to Elon’s X post. “And you weren’t sending *me* money, you were sending support for your child that you thought was necessary …”

Ashley went on to say that Elon later “withdrew most of it to maintain control and punish me for ‘disobedience.’ But you’re really only punishing your son.”

Not long after Elon’s estranged daughter Vivian Jenna Wilson referred to him as a “pathetic man child,” Ashley used similar terminology to describe the alleged father of her child. “America needs you to grow up, you petulant man-child,” she wrote in her post to Elon.

Elsewhere in her post, she accused Elon of using “a social media channel you literally own to distribute derogatory messages about me and our child to the entire world.” For Elon, “it’s all about control,” she added.

Previously, Elon reportedly told Ashley that they ‘have a legion of kids to make.’

In February, Ashley filed a petition seeking sole custody of her child. She filed a paternity petition at the same time. In the court documents, Ashley claimed that Elon had only met his alleged child three times. He was reportedly not present for the child’s birth and has not expressed interest in having custody. Ashley has said that Elon can’t “act consistently in the role of a father.” In spite of this, he has allegedly told Ashley that he wanted to have more kids with her.

In a November 2024 text message sent to Ashley, Elon reportedly wrote, “I want to knock you up again.”

Then, in February 2025, when Ashley texted Elon saying that she wanted to talk to him, he said, “Well, we do have a legion of kids to make.”
