In texts that Elon Musk allegedly sent Ashley St. Clair after the birth of their alleged baby, Elon, 53, appeared to tell the 26-year-old that they have a “legion of kids to make.” Ashley is seeking sole legal custody of the child she welcomed in September 2024 after she recently made her baby’s existence public knowledge. When she filed a paternity petition, she shared several text conversations that allegedly occurred after her baby’s birth.

Though Ashley gave birth in September, she claims Elon has only seen the child three times.
Per Ashley St. Clair’s filing, Elon Musk met with the child on September 21 and 22. The next time he saw the baby was more than two months after that, Ashley claimed — a visit she said only lasted for 30 minutes, per People.
Elon allegedly told Ashley he wanted to impregnate her again.

Elon’s third visit happened just a few days after he allegedly texted Ashley saying he wanted to impregnate her again, Ashley claimed. In a text conversation shared by Ashley, Elon responded, “Hi cutie” when she sent him a selfie in November 2024. In response, Ashley wrote, “See u soon.” Then, seemingly out of nowhere, Elon appears to have texted back: “I want to knock you up again.”

He also reportedly texted her in February.
Though Elon has reportedly only seen his alleged 13th child a few times, the texts shared by Ashley suggest that he mentioned having more kids during another conversation with her in February 2025. Ashley claimed that she texted Elon at the beginning of February, writing a paragraph about why she “would appreciate being able to speak to [Elon] in person.” In response to the lengthy message, Elon allegedly wrote, “Hmm ok.” Ashley then sent an “alrighty then” GIF. “Well, we do have a legion of kids to make,” he allegedly wrote back.
Ashley has said that she tried to deal with this privately first.
Initially, Ashley did not want to share this information publicly, she claimed, per Page Six. Her representative Brian Glickich told People that Ashley “has made every effort to collaborate with Mr. Musk before taking this step.” In her court filings, Ashley claimed that Elon has not expressed any interest in having custody of the child and was not present for the child’s birth even though he was reportedly invited.
“I am the only parent who cares for [the baby] on a daily basis. I feed him, bathe him and ensure that all his physical and emotional needs are met,” she said in the documents.
She also alleged that Elon has never sought out information about the child on his own. “Respondent has never asked to see our child on any other occasion, he has never communicated to me about our child without my prompting, he has never asked for photos of our child or checked in after doctor’s appointments,” she claimed.
She explained why she believes Elon Musk is the father.
In the paternity petition, Ashley alleged that she and Elon started a “romantic relationship in or about May 2023.” She believes that her child was conceived at the beginning of January 2024, and has claimed that Elon was the only person she had sexual intercourse with “during the time the child was conceived,” Page Six reported.
Recently, Grimes called Elon out for not responding during their child’s medical emergency.
If Elon is indeed the father of the child Ashley welcomed in September, that would mean he has had children with at least four different women. He shares three children with his ex-girlfriend Grimes, who recently reached out to him on X because of their child’s “medical crisis.”
“Plz respond about our child’s medical crisis. I am sorry to do this publicly, but it is no longer acceptable to ignore this situation,” Grimes wrote in a now-deleted X post. “This requires immediate attention. If you don’t want to talk to me can you please designate or hire someone who can so that we can move forward solving this. This is urgent, Elon.”
