As soon as we think about the Duggar family and Counting On, we immediately start thinking "babies." Not only did Michelle and Jim Bob have 19 children of their own, but many of those children are now adults who are having their own babies, and that means there's been a lot of pregnancies in this family so far. After all, there are already 20 Duggar grandchildren, and that number is sure to explode over the years. They're just getting started!
A lot of pregnancies means that the Duggar sisters have shared a lot of bump photos on social media, and few people do maternity style better than these ladies. After all, if they're going to be pregnant so often, they seem to invest more in their maternity wardrobes than others. And so far, we've seen a lot of really cute looks, even when these mamas are nearing the end of their pregnancies.

Jinger's Chambray Dress
Jinger Vuolo shared this sweet family pic of her, Felicity, and husband Jeremy when she was halfway through her pregnancy with her second daughter, Evangeline. It can definitely be rough to be pregnant in the summer (especially in a warm state like California), but Jinger looked amazing through it all.
Lauren's Floral Dress
This was one of the first bump photos that Lauren Duggar shared after she and Josiah announced that they were expecting their first baby, Bella, and already, she was glowing! This coral color is so pretty on her, and what's not to love about a floral pattern?
Baby Blue
Remember when Kendra Duggar was pregnant with her second baby, Addison? She wore this adorable blue dress, and though it didn't seem strictly maternity, she made it work with her bump! Those buttons definitely stand out, and we're loving the flutter sleeves on her.
A Simple Outfit
Now here's a major throwback! Jessa Seewald shared this pic in 2015, when she was pregnant with her first baby, Spurgeon — it's hard to believe she's already expecting baby No. 4! She kept her maternity style a lot like what we were used to seeing from her — cute tops and skirts paired together.

It's hard to believe that this was taken before Gideon was even born! Here, Joy-Anna Forsyth is wearing a dark purple sweater dress for a Valentine's Day date with husband Austin. She looks just about ready to pop, but totally adorable at the same time. What a comfy look!

Given how often pregnancies occur in the Duggar family, of course some of them are going to happen at the same time, like when Joy, Jill Dillard, and Anna Duggar were all pregnant together. How cute are these three, keeping it casual while hanging out together? It must be so much fun to share that experience with their sisters and sisters-in-law.

Here's a seriously dreamy look from Kendra while she was pregnant with Addison! Between her flowy, white embroidered dress and that adorable braid in her hair, she looks like a bohemian pregnancy goddess. We'll never get over how good pregnancy always looks on her!
Jinger's Announcement Photo
When Jinger and Jeremy announced that they were pregnant with Evangeline, she shared this photo, and OMG — she's totally glowing. This pink dress (perfect for announcing that she's expecting a girl) was so beautiful on her, and we love how happy she looks.
Third Trimester Bump
Jessa shared this photo when she was pregnant with Ivy, already 31 weeks along at that point. Unlike a few of her sisters, Jessa's always been all about dresses and skirts, and she made them a big part of her maternity wardrobe, too. How did she look this good in the third trimester?!

Speaking of the third trimester, here's a photo of Joy when she was 30 weeks pregnant with Evelyn. She kept her outfit neutral with grays and blacks, and it ended up being a cute, put together look, especially since she accessorized with that adorable hat.

Another bump photo, another opportunity for Kendra to be the cutest pregnant person ever. Posing with Joseph during golden hour while she was pregnant with baby No. 3, Brooklyn, she's totally glowing. This dress and cardigan combo is so simple and comfy, but looks so cute.
All About Patterns
Here's a sweet pic of Jinger and Jeremy before they'd become parents for the first time. Here, Jinger's wearing a patterned dress as she is nearing the end of her pregnancy with Felicity, and we can't get enough of how these two look at each other with so much love.
Cradling the Bump
Since the Duggar family is all about modesty, it's pretty often that we see them layer shirts under their tops and dresses, and this combo on Lauren is too cute. After experiencing a miscarriage before she got pregnant with Bella, Lauren seemed to truly treasure every moment of her pregnancy, which we can definitely see in her face here.
The Duggar Baby Boom
At one point in 2019, six of the Duggar ladies were all pregnant at the same time (though Joy's ended in a stillbirth with her daughter, Annabel). To celebrate, they took these photos, even though Ivy had been born just before the shoot, and their pretty coordinating dresses are so ethereal.
Abbie's Maternity Photos
Since she tends to stay away from social media more than the other Duggar ladies, we didn't get to see too much of Abbie Duggar's bump when she was pregnant with Grace. But these maternity photos definitely made up for it! She looked gorgeous here and so happy, even though she was dealing with some major hyperemesis gravidarum.
Jill's First Pregnancy
It's been a minute since Jill was pregnant, so here's a throwback from when she was pregnant with Israel (who was born in 2015!). Though she's a seasoned vet these days, Jill was just becoming a mom for the first time, and she looked so excited in this bump pic from the end of her pregnancy.
Jinger's First Gender Reveal
When Jinger was expecting Felicity, she revealed she was having a girl in a really fun way: by turning on this neon light. It glowed pink, and we all know what that means! At the party, she wore this blue dress, and it was perfect for a warm day outside with her fam.
Bright Colors
Here's another look back at Jessa's pregnancy with Spurgeon. This time, she paired a floral top with a yellow cardigan and a gray skirt, and somehow, all of those colors ended up looking great together. She and Ben look so young here — they'd just gotten married and had no idea what the future had in store for them both!

OK, how adorable are these two?! Way back when, Jill and Anna were pregnant at the same time (Jill is totally about to pop!) and showed off their more casual maternity looks in this sweet photo together, which looks like it was taken at Jim Bob and Michelle's house.
