No matter what she does these days, Blake Lively just can’t win. Though her lawsuit against her It Ends With Us costar Justin Baldoni has come to an end, she still hasn’t bounced back in the court of public opinion.
So when she shared her haircare routine in a TikTok video, she didn’t exactly get flooded with positive comments from fans — instead, people are sharing some pretty brutal responses to the way she looked when she was done with her hair.
Blake was promoting the products from her haircare line.

The video was shared on the Blake Brown Beauty TikTok account earlier this week. Blake was sitting in her bathroom in front of a mirror with her hair pulled back before she took it out of the bun and added hairspray and dry shampoo for volume, both from her line.
She then added curls with a curling wand, tousling her hair around with her fingers afterwards to give it a very lived-in, wavy look.
After adding a little makeup, Blake looked happy with the end result… but apparently, those watching at home do not agree.
People think she looked better before she did her hair.
Not only did Blake’s TikTok not do numbers (there were only eight comments on the post… seven, if you don’t count the reply from Blake’s brand to one of the comments) but when her critics discussed the video on Reddit, the comments quickly became ugly.
One commenter who called her “delusional” wrote, “She is using WAY too much product. Her hair looks weighed down and not fresh looking. She definitely struggles to recreate her glam hair done by professionals, which I find so funny because she tries to come across as knowledgeable and experienced but clearly her work tells us otherwise.”
“Her hair looked best when she took it down from the bun and before she put any of that crap on it,” another person added.
A fresh set of allegations against Blake just went public.
Earlier this week, Radar Online reported that a source who has worked with Blake called her “effortlessly rude” to others on the set of It Ends With Us, and that she believes she is “God’s gift to entertainment.”
“She threw her weight around and acted like everyone was beneath her,” the insider said. “Anyone who wasn’t agreeing with her was viewed as the enemy.”
Of course, we have no idea who this source actually is, but if they’re telling the truth, it’s obviously not good for Blake.
On top of all the backlash Blake received during the lawsuit, it seems like she has a long way to go before she’s back in the public’s good graces — if that’s even possible at this point.
