What to Know
As the Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani divorce rumors continue, the country singer has found a way to address them without actually addressing them. Earlier this week, Blake shared a post on Instagram full of praise for Gwen — you know, the kind of post you definitely wouldn’t make about a woman you were in the process of splitting up with. But should we actually take Blake at face value, or does he just want everyone to think that he and Gwen are cool right now?
Blake “finally” got to see No Doubt perform in Las Vegas.
Gwen and No Doubt are currently in residency at the Sphere, playing at the Las Vegas venue through June 13. Even though their stint began on May 6, it was only over Memorial Day weekend that Blake got to see the show for the first time, and he shared a video on Instagram with a glowing review of the concert.
“So proud of my wife @gwenstefani and the @nodoubt guys for working their asses off and putting on this hell of a show.. finally got a night off to see it.. un-freakin-real,” he wrote in his caption.
Of course, he didn’t say it outright in his post, but this definitely counts as a subtle shut down of those rampant split rumors. Why would he go to her show and make a big deal about it if they were on bad terms?
It hasn’t been easy for him to make it to her shows.
While No Doubt is doing their thing at the Sphere, Blake has a Vegas residency of his own going on. But the performance schedules have conflicted so much that this was the first time he was able to make it out to see her, and he wasn’t very happy about it, as he told the crowd at his May 6 concert.
“My wife came to town. She’s here. I mean, she’s not here. She’s over there at another venue,” he said while on stage. “What kind of a d—head books us the exact same nights every single night? I think my manager did that. He’s here, isn’t he?”
His residency has since come to an end, though, so he’s free to take in as many of his wife’s shows as he pleases now.
Divorce rumors have plagued these two for months.

It’s been a rough year or so to be Blake and Gwen. Not only has Gwen received all kinds of backlash online for her apparent MAGA transformation and seemingly abrupt turn to religion, but for months, there has been story after story about trouble in their marriage.
It doesn’t help that they haven’t been posting about each other on social media nearly as much as they once did, but maybe now that their time in Vegas is winding down, that’s all about to change?
