It seems that having a baby is more important to Brad Pitt and his girlfriend, Ines De Ramon, than tying the knot, according to an insider. Speaking exclusively to In Touch, the source shared that the 60-year-old actor’s “full focus outside of work” is having a child with his 31-year-old partner. Brad and Ines have been linked together since November of 2022 after first being spotted backstage at a Los Angeles Bono concert, according to People, which also said they were told a few days later that the pair had already “been dating for a few months.”

They're hoping for very soon.
The source says that the couple aren’t trying to prolong having a baby. “The sooner the better,” the insider said. “They’re keeping their fingers and toes crossed that they’ll have good news to share very soon.”
IVF is an option.
The source went on to explain that if conceiving doesn’t happen naturally, Brad “has said IVF is an option” for the couple. “Brad has no qualms about becoming a dad again so late in life. For one thing, his health is in great shape and he’s got just as much energy as he’s ever had. He really does feel decades younger than his age.”

A friend has 'inspired' Brad.
The insider says that Brad’s friend, George Clooney, inspired him in becoming an older father. George was 56 when his twins were born.
“All the time he’s been spending with George has allayed any fears he might have about being an ‘old’ dad,” the source told InTouch. “There’s no denying that his relationship with his kids is totally fractured and his heart is broken over it. He’s not expecting a new baby to fix everything, but it will certainly bring him new joy and he desperately needs that right now.”
The actor has a strained relationship with his current kids.
Brad has had a strained relationship with his six children, whom he shares with ex Angelina Jolie. The couple filed to end their marriage in 2016. The divorce and legal battle took a huge toll on his relationship with each of the kids. BuzzFeed reported that he is “virtually estranged from most of his children.”
He potentially wants up to three kids with Ines.
“The fact is, Brad wants two, maybe even three, kids with Ines and he would do adoption again in a heartbeat if that’s something she wanted too,” another source previously revealed to In Touch. “He also thinks surrogacy is a great option, especially if it gives them the chance of having twins. He really is a wonderful father, and that’s why it’s so sad that things have disintegrated so badly with his kids. He has no doubt Ines will make a wonderful mom. The plan is to have at least one baby very soon and then work quickly to have at least one, or even two, right after that.”
