Brandi Glanville Burns Her Face with Nair Trying to Fight Facial Parasite

Brandi Glanville has been dealing with a mysterious health issue for about two years now. But recently, a trick she used to reduce her symptoms did not go as planned. In a video shared on TikTok, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum revealed what her face looked like after she applied Nair to it. “I know I look attractive,” she said sarcastically. But fans didn’t see any humor in Brandi’s situation and were genuinely concerned.

In her video, Brandi said she put Nair on her face.

“Good news! You don’t have to spend a lot of money on peels and lasers anymore,” Brandi said sarcastically on TikTok. She went on to explain why her face appeared burned: because she applied Nair to it and “overdid it.” Nair is a hair removal product. Brandi said she put it on her face for seven minutes.

“Nair is the fountain of youth. I figured it out, but I overdid it,” she said. “Seven minutes. Don’t do it.” Nair does sell products that can be used on your face, but the brand’s other products should not be applied to the face, according to the brand’s website.

So why did she do this?

For the past couple of years, Brandi has been dealing with facial swelling and sinking, among other uncomfortable symptoms. After seeing several different specialists, she believes the symptoms are caused by a facial parasite. In her recent video, she explained that she applied Nair to her face in attempt to deal with the parasite.

“When I have an exfoliated face, it p—— Caroline off. Whoever’s living in my face,” she said, referring to the parasite. She claimed that the parasite “moved” to a different area when she applied Nair. As Page Six reported, the name she chose for her parasite appeared to be a jab at her Real Housewives nemesis, Caroline Manzo.

Fans were horrified.

While Brandi seemed to have the ability to joke about her face, fans who saw the video were genuinely worried for her. One person wrote, “Chemical burn? 😣 I would go to ER.” Others pointed out that she was promoting harmful misinformation. “I come in peace & with love,” a second fan commented. “NAIR is not meant to be a chemical peel. Brandy please don’t do anything that’s not recommended by a professional doctor. [And] even then be cautious & get second opinions.”

Others really hoped she was joking and also urged her to get help. “I know you wanna try whatever and at this point you’re probably going insane finding something to make you feel better but please. Don’t burn your skin off. Go to the doctor!!!!!!!!” a third fan advised.
