It sounds like the honeymoon is far from over for Candace Cameron Bure and husband Valeri Bure. The Full House alum revealed that the pair still have an active sex life at home, despite being married for more than two decades and having three children together. So, basically, marriage goals.
Candace opened up about things during a recent podcast interview.
There's no penciling in date night in the Bure house. Candance revealed that the pair "don't have a schedule" for intimacy but do "make time for each other [and] still love each other physically," while chatting with Mayim Bialik on Tuesday’s Bialik Breakdown podcast.
The mother of three didn't want to give 'TMI' or 'gross out her kids' so she kept the details to herself.
"I'm a happier person and my husband's a happier person when we've had sex," she told Mayim.
While Candace did say that sometimes physical affection is about communicating and connecting with your spouse, she added that sometimes it's also "just about the sex."
Laughter is the key to Candace's heart, according to the Hallmark star.
Candace is most "attracted to" Valeri when he can get a laugh out of her because she considers that "one of [her] love languages."
"He can tend to be much more reserved … and a little more serious about life,” she revealed of the 48-year-old, who grew up in Russia.
"So when there’s that playfulness, there's nothing that makes me happier."
This isn't the first time Candace has talked about getting physical with her husband.
Canace and Valeri were married in 1996 and have welcomed three children together — 24-year-old Natasha, 22-year-old Lev, and 20-year-old Maksim — and she's been candid about what goes on behind-closed-doors.
She even once called sex a "blessing of a marriage" while appearing on the Confessions of a Crappy Christian podcast, saying it should be celebrated.
It's refreshing to hear people talk about how much they enjoy being with their spouse.
After nearly three decades of marriage, it's clear Candance and Valeri have found a way to make things work for them.
While it's probably weird for their kids to hear about their parents' sex lives, it has to be kind of nice knowing that their mom and dad are still so into one another.
