Celebrities catch a lot of heat for getting a little heavy-handed with Botox and fillers. (Hello, Madonna.) That's likely why the Instagram account CelebFace has gone viral for sharing before-and-after shots of some of our favorite stars who have seemingly gone under the knife over the years. We can't believe these transformations!

The account has 1.2 million followers.
Some of the images posted feature the more subtle work stars have had done over the years, including a photo gallery from Vanity Fair's annual Oscars party. Everyone from Kendall Jenner to Heidi Klum gets a side-by-side shot showing the alleged procedures the women have had done.
OK, seriously? We'll have whatever Heidi is having!
The account also tackles the way that companies use filters to alter the differences between photos and reality.
There's been a lot of talk in the news lately about just how damaging social media can be for kids because of the excessive use of filters that create completely unrealistic beauty standards. All you need to do is look at some of the photos on CelebFace to see how companies are relying on these same filters to change the way their models look between the catwalk and print.
Kim Basinger's side-by-side comparison shows how much faces can change over time.
The blonde bombshell appears on the account with a photo still from one of her old movies next to a more recent shot. Kim's current face looks drastically different. Although she doesn't have the lines and wrinkles you would expect her to have at 69, her facial landscape seems completely changed thanks to fuller cheekbones and a more pronounced chin.
Zac Effron's new face also got called out on the site.
CelebFace is an equal opportunity account — it made sure to include a carousel of man too. In the cover photo of one set, Zac's more pronounced jawline is apparent.
Unfortunately, not everyone's plastic surgery choices were a matter of choice. In the case of Zac and fellow actor Mickey Rourke, sometimes facial changes are the result of surgery needed after a horrific accident. (Zac slipped in a puddle of water and shattered his jaw in 2013, and Mickey sustained several boxing injuries.)

Hopefully CelebFace's followers keep an open mind about the fact that we don't get to decide how people age.
Even though both Zac and Mickey have been open about their plastic surgery stories, we can't possibly know what has prompted some of these other celebs to make the changes they have. But we hope they're all happy with their new looks.
