It looks like Chris Hemsworth didn't have quite the meditation experience he had hoped for recently … and like a lot of parents out there, he has his kids to thank for that. He shared the video on Instagram, and we're loving how his meditation moment got photobombed by his son.

In November, Chris shared a video on Instagram of himself skateboarding with one of his sons on a day that they weren't able to surf because the waves weren't cooperating, and they seemed to be having a blast.
"Surf went flat, no problem, the boys found some palm tree barrels and spent the day getting shacked," he shared at the time.
He's a dad to three kids
Along with twins Sasha and Tristan, he and wife Elsa Pataky share a 10-year-old daughter named India.
And while they do often try to keep their children as private as possible online, the glimpses of them that they share like this are usually pretty funny. It looks like these parents definitely have their hands full!
He seems like such a fun dad
Of course, having the actual Thor as your dad is pretty cool … but even when he's not sharing the major perks that come with being a Marvel franchise star with his kids, he's off having adventures with them and making great memories.
We do hope he gets to meditate in peace soon, though. Isn't that kind of required for the whole meditation thing to work?
