The co-parenting relationship between Christina Haack, her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, and his wife, Heather Rae, hasn’t always been easy, but it’s safe to say that things between the three of them are better than ever. In fact, they’re going so well that after spending so much time together while filming their new HGTV series, The Flip Off, Christina and Heather have even started ganging up on Tarek – and apparently, he “likes it.”

Because The Flip Off premieres on Wednesday, the trio has been busy promoting the series, which pits Heather and Tarek against Christina in a house-flipping competition.
Part of their promo tour involved a stop at The Jennifer Hudson Show, where they all admitted that Christina and Heather have adopted the habit of picking on Tarek.
“The second all three of us get together, [Christina will] start picking on me, and I’m thinking Heather’s going to jump in and defend me. Next thing I know they’re standing together picking on me,” Tarek said, as Christina added, “He likes it.”
Heather explained that Tarek is simply an “easy target” for them, and he doesn’t seem to mind being the butt of their jokes too much (though all will likely be revealed on the show now that the premiere is finally here).

The good news? Their co-parenting relationship seems to have only benefited from their banter as Tarek and Christina continue to co-parent the two children they share, 14-year-old Taylor and 9-year-old Brayden.
“The point is it’s better for the kids when everyone’s getting along, and we genuinely are. And we’re genuinely having so much fun doing this show,” Christina said, while Heather said, “I feel like the kids love it that we’re doing a show together, and they can see their parents all working together. They love it. They’re very supportive.”
It’s good to hear that everyone’s playing nice – especially because competition can sometimes bring the worst out in people! But Tarek and Christina do have years of experience working together on camera, thanks to their former series Flip or Flop.
Here’s hoping he can keep being a good sport, though, because it appears there’s no going back now that his ex-wife and his current wife are thick as thieves.
