More than a year after Josh Hall filed for divorce from Christina Haack, the former couple can finally put their contentious split behind them. This week, Josh and Christina finalized their divorce, and not only has Christina been ordered to dole out a hefty one-time payment to her ex, but he will also walk away with multiple cars and homes — and yes, he’s already sharing his feelings on social media about the whole thing.
Christina will pay Josh $300,000 as part of the settlement.
According to Us Weekly, Josh wasn’t awarded the spousal support that he asked for; instead, the $300,000 one-time payment will be the end of what Christina needs to send him (though he does get to keep the $100k that Christina gave him during their divorce proceedings).
And as for property? Josh also gets to keep a house and a condo in Tennessee, land in California, some of the former couple’s furniture, and several vehicles, including a 2021 Bentley, a 1970 Chevelle, a 1982 DeLorean, a 1947 Dodge and a Hondo Motorcycle.
Christina will keep her own bank accounts.
It sounds like Christina is hanging onto what’s hers, including her business and all of her bank accounts.
She will also get to keep two 2021 GMC Yukons, a 2021 Polaris Razor, and four quad vehicles, along with her homes in Tennessee and California.
Josh has shared his thoughts in a post on Instagram.
After the news of their settlement broke, Josh shared a photo of himself standing next to a horse in a pasture.
“Excited to spend Labor Day weekend in the real reality,” he wrote. “Finally, legally divorced and a free man. I’ve always worked hard, kept what’s mine, and declined hand outs, and I’m keeping it that way. Lesson learned: don’t marry someone who needs constant public validation and will use your personal drama for attention.”
Christina seems to be moving on.
She and boyfriend Christopher recently joined her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, to celebrate Tarek’s birthday, and their house flipping competition show, The Flip Off, is officially coming back for season two.
