Collin Gosselin Shares an Emotional Message About His Estranged Siblings After They Were ‘Forced Apart’

The Gosselin family has been through a lot of ups and downs over the years, and now that all eight of Jon and Kate‘s kids are adults, several of them are still estranged. That includes Collin Gosselin, who seems to only be in contact with his sister, Hannah, after Jon took full custody of him in his teen years — and now, he’s posting an emotional plea to his siblings on social media.

On Thursday, Collin shared a video on TikTok that seemed to be aimed at the siblings he’s no longer in touch with, who would include older sisters Mady and Cara, along with fellow sextuplets Alexis, Joel, Aaden, and Leah.

The first slide in his post shows a picture of all of the kids together in their younger years, while the next slide shows Collin driving in his car alone.

“Born to be a team, us against the world … forced to do it alone, and wonder what our lives could’ve looked like,” Collin wrote in the video.

In the caption, he added, “Forced apart, pitted against each other. All the fame and money in the world, but what about kids being kids? I will always love them more than anything. The tears I shed behind closed doors, thinking about the memories we could’ve shared. I love you guys.”

Fans flocked to the comments to offer Collin their sympathy for his situation.

“I hope your other siblings will reach out but I’m the meantime I am glad that you have Hannah in your corner,” one fan wrote. Plenty of others shared that they blamed Kate for the breakdown in Collin’s sibling relationships, with one person writing, “Nothing is your fault. Or theirs. Just hers.”

Collin also shared how this experience will shape the way he parents in the future when he has kids of his own in a comment. “I can’t wait to have kids and teach them the importance of siblings,” Collin wrote. “I tell all my friends who have siblings to always value their siblings and hold each other close.”

Back in October, Jon told Us Weekly that Collin has tried to reach out to his siblings after not speaking to them since 2016.

“He’s offered the olive branch, so hopefully the olive branch will be returned,” Jon — who also remains estranged from six of his eight children — said at the time.
