Days after news broke that Millie Bobby Brown reportedly accused her Stranger Things costar David Harbour of bullying her on set, the actors are putting on a united front. At the Los Angeles premiere of the show’s fifth and final season on Thursday night, David and Millie looked as close as ever, clearly trying to send a message that there’s no bad blood between them.
Earlier this week, reports surfaced that Millie may have been feuding with David.
According to what a source told The Daily Mail, ahead of the filming of the final season of Stranger Things, Millie filed a report against David and supposedly had a “personal representative” with her on set.
“Millie Bobby Brown filed a harassment and bullying claim before they started shooting the last season,” the insider said. “There were pages and pages of accusations. The investigation went on for months.”
They were definitely getting along at the premiere, though.
In videos and photos taken from Thursday night’s premiere, Millie and David — who play Eleven and Hopper on the Netflix series — seemed to be getting along just fine, and can be seen walking together and hugging on the red carpet as they stopped to pose together.
Stranger Things‘ executive producer called the reports about David and Millie “wildly inaccurate.”
While speaking with The Hollywood Reporter at the premiere, executive producer and director Shawn Levy said that creating a “respectful workplace” has been his top priority while working on the show.
“I’ve read a bunch of stories and they range from wildly inaccurate to … there’s so much noise around it,” he said. “But the truth is that we view this crew and this cast as family, and so we treat each other with respect, and that’s always been bedrock.”
Fans are relieved to see that everything appears to be okay between them.

After Netflix shared footage of Millie and David hugging on the red carpet in a post on X, fans shared their relief that the costars seem to be getting along just as well as they always have, despite rumors to the contrary.
“If she had issues with him, why would she be there? This is why you don’t trust tabloids!” one person wrote.
Another fan posted, “I knew those rumors were fake news. Nobody would be dumb enough to be mean to Millie on set.”
