It has been a big year for Demi Lovato, and it's been so wonderful to see her so happy, healthy, and living her best life. Since she came into the public eye, she's experienced some pretty big highs, and some giant lows — and as fans of hers, we've been rooting for her to find happiness. The world health issue seemed to work somewhat in her favor as Demi met her now fiancé, actor Max Ehrich, and the two are living together.
As Demi's life changes slightly, she decided to move from her Sunset Strip mansion earlier this year and purchased a new home in a quieter neighborhood in Los Angeles. Along with Max, as they continue to grow and build their together life, Demi, a super successful musician, actor, and former Disney Channel star, purchased a new house, and it looks fit for a pop princess.
Demi's new home, in the modern farmhouse style, is nestled in a lush family-friendly location in a Studio City neighborhood, and cost her a cool $7 million dollars. While that's a massive amount of money to most of us, the new home she will share with Max is less expensive than the home she just recently sold for $8.25 million in June.
Price tag aside, the new Studio City home has all the amenities the couple will likely need. We've got the photos to prove that. After taking a peek inside, it will become clear that Demi and Max are going to fall even deeper in love inside these walls.
Elegant Farmhouse Style
Looking at the home from the outside, we get to see the elegant two-tone graphite-and-cream exterior — and while it doesn't look as massive as some other celebrity homes, it has plenty of space. With 8,500 square feet of interior space, the house has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
Front Foyer
We're huge fans of a foyer that is spacious, and that's exactly what this entrance gives us. We imagine large number of guests filtering in and being met with this open concept view with a gorgeous staircase with impressive banister. The neutral colored wood floors and trim give this a calming modern feel, which is a good vibe for Demi to stay healthy.
Fireplace Reading Room
This space looks so cozy and calm, which likely fit well into Demi's life. We can imagine evenings spent in this space by the fireplace, reading or cuddling, and talking with Max. There are massive windows on opposite sides of the room, which give incredible natural light that works for day or night.
Dining Space
Remember those guests we imagined Demi having over and filtering into the foyer? Well, looking at the dining room, we can tell this home is designed with entertaining in mind, because there's so much space in here. Again, sticking with the neutral color tones — with the deep green accent wall — it's so calming and peaceful everywhere we look.
TV Room With a View
For the nights (or mornings) where the two stars want to have something to watch on television, this living room space is comfortable and cozy with the fireplace. Also, we can't ignore the incredible oversized window that gives a gorgeous view to the guest house on the property.
Chef's Kitchen
We have seen enough celebrity mansions to get an idea of the types of kitchens they get to work with in these multimillion-dollar homes, and this one does not disappoint. We love that the light-colored wood theme is echoed in the kitchen, since it looks so great with the stainless-steel appliances. This is a chef's kitchen, and a total dream. There's so much space for organizing all the things.
That Island!
With a large kitchen space comes a large island that is likely bigger than most of us have as a stand-alone dining room. We love the beautiful white counter tops, and the fact there's enough seating here for four people. It's a great place for that morning cup of coffee, and a hot bowl of oatmeal to start off the day.
Walk-In Closet
Jumping upstairs, we love looking at the closet space these mansions have, and the one Demi is going to get to fill is gorgeous. It's larger than most of us have for our bedrooms, and with everything styled white and glass, it looks sizable and with so much light. (We bet it's a fun place to hang out.) Demi's style and beauty will make this room a showstopper.
Master Bedroom
With the closet being so big, we knew this home would have a fitting master bedroom, and this one has so much space. Add in the fact it also continues with the light color scheme, and it's a room that's filled with all the best kinds of light. (It looks so peaceful!) There's enough room in here for a small desk to get those last-minute thoughts down before it's time to sleep. Romance is going to be strong in this room!
Elegant Bathroom
The master bathroom is like Demi's own spa inside her home where we can relax and be her best self. It has a massive over-sized shower, large soaker tub, double sink vanity, and so much natural light coming through with the big window and added to that the impressive light fixtures.
Um, a Car Museum?
Jumping back downstairs into the basement, there's a literal car museum down there alongside a wine room. The huge glass panel allows direct view into the space where vintage and collectible cars can safely park while they sip from a wine collection fit for stars.
Bar Down Below
With such a large wine cellar, it's no surprise that there's also a bar that comes with three stools to hang out and try out the collection. The space feels like a vacation getaway, which is amazing to have right inside the home. A sweet little space to escape a hard day for some relaxation time is always good.
Personal Theater
This is completely a getaway inside the home with a sizable theater room down in the basement as well. There's enough space here to cuddle up together, room to grow with kids, if they choose to have any, and the seating looks way better than any theater we've been to.
The Backyard
As if the inside wasn't impressive enough, the backyard sits on .37-acre lot. The space has colorful gardens, and a whole lot of space to swim in the pool or lounge in the spa. The greenery offers privacy, which is something many celebrities are after.
Outdoor Kitchen
As if the inside chef's kitchen wasn't enough for this home, there's a beautiful outdoor kitchen that comes with a built-in grill, fridge, and sink. This home is perfect for a couple or family that loves to have people over and entertain, and it's hopefully going to make Demi and Max very happy. They both deserve the absolute best.
