Donald Trump Appears in Public Without His Orange Makeup for Once

After former British Prime Minister Liz Truss visited Mar-a-Lago and met with Donald Trump, she posted a photo of the two of them on X (formerly Twitter) with the caption, “Right on everything.” Alright, chill, lady. Before we even get into that little nugget (do we have to, though?), one thing missing from the photo is Trump’s orange makeup he seems to have on everywhere he goes.

Trump gives an elementary school picture day grin in the photo with Truss while also throwing a thumbs-up at the camera. He seems like he came off the golf course shortly before the photo was taken, with the hiked-up slacks to prove it. But let’s be real, because people are more focused on Trump without the orange face rather than the unflattering outfit.

Donald Trump’s hand still appeared to have makeup on it.

With Trump’s thumbs-up on full display, the back of his hand, rumored to have makeup on it daily to hide signs of aging and possible illness, looks smooth and blemish-free. It’s unclear why Trump would be seen, and then photographed, without his signature color in his complexion. Makeup artist Audrey Lefevre, who once worked with the Trump family, told The Independent that she believes Trump has a “spray down” rather than full makeup caked on his face every day.

She noted to the outlet that she did not witness Trump actually applying makeup to his face himself. His hairline and the edges around his face, however, make it obvious that his natural complexion is a lot lighter, much like what is seen in the photo of Trump with Truss. You’d think about the amount of orange-themed nicknames Trump has garnered over the years, he would scale it back a bit, but that doesn’t seem to be a priority for him.

As far as that photo of Trump without the orange makeup while meeting with Truss, she must have caught him before he got a “spray down.” So a spray tan, then? Or, some kind of airbrushing that leaves him in what is apparently a preferred shade of orange.

People have been quick to poke fun at Trump without his signature orange hue before.

In another X post, someone posted a photo of Trump at a wedding looking a little worse for wear, allegedly without makeup.

“Donald Trump did not die today,” the person wrote. “Here is him without his orange makeup.”

Someone else posted on X that there is a reason for Trump’s orange makeup.

“They spackle his wrinkles and spray his face to give him the illusion of being younger,” the poster wrote.

And orange is what they went with? Really?
