As Duggar fans likely already know, Jana Duggar is a married woman! Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar's eldest daughter, 34, said "I do" to Stephen Wissmann, 31, on August 15. Followers of the Duggars, however, already suspect family drama — and many called out Jill Duggar's husband, Derick Dillard, for his "tacky" social media post.
Photos from Jana's surprise wedding circulated online following her nuptials, with the bride herself eventually posting pictures via Instagram. In the snaps, Jana's sister, Jessa, was the maid of honor. Other bridesmaids included her sisters Jinger, Joy-Anna, Johannah, and Jordyn, as well as her sister-in-law, Abbie. Jill was noticeably missing from the lineup, and fans are convinced Derick's most recent Instagram update was purposefully timed.

Derick Dillard promoted an edited and updated version of his and Jill's memoir 'Counting the Cost' following Jana's wedding.
Derick took to Instagram on August 16 with an interestingly timed post. "An edited/updated release of our book is set to drop soon!" he wrote alongside a photo of his and Jill's memoir Counting the Cost. "Stay on the lookout and get your copy where books are sold. #countingthecost."
In the comments, Instagram users slammed him for promoting the book right after Jana's big day.
Instagram users didn't hold back with their criticism in the comments. One wrote, "This would appear attention seeking .. let Jana have the lime light even just for one day…"
Another agreed, commenting, "So tacky to post this. Let Jana have her day. Typical Derick."
"I’m guessing there is beef over Jana’s wedding for you to post this today. Incredibly insensitive. Let her have her moment," someone else shared.
Others wondered why Jill was seemingly excluded from being one of her sister's bridesmaids.
"Why wasn’t Jill in the wedding? Did Jill go?" yet another Instagram user asked directly in Derick's comments section.
Meanwhile, people in the r/DuggarsSnark subreddit also discussed the fact that Jill was the only older Duggar sister not included as one of Jana's bridesmaids.
One Reddit user speculated, "It’s possible that Jill didn’t want to be in the wedding party or that with Jim Bob paying that Jill wasn’t in the party. She may have been at the wedding."
"Considering that both Jill and Jana had said how close they were growing up you would think that Jill would have absolutely been asked to be in the wedding party," someone else commented. "But, I think that Jill's book had something to do with Jana not including her in the wedding."

Others pointed out that Jana's BFF Laura DeMasie wasn't a bridesmaid, either.
Others pointed out how strange it was that Jana didn't include her best friend, Laura DeMasie, either. One Redditor commented, "What happened to Laura DeMasie? I thought that she would’ve been her MOH or at least be a bridesmaid?"
In the thread, another echoed, "I don't see Laura either…." to which another person replied, "I was surprised by this too! I thought they were besties…"
Although she wasn't part of the wedding party, Jill publicly congratulated Jana.
Jill publicly posted about Jana's wedding the day after her sister said "I do." On August 16, Jill shared a link to an article about the wedding on her Instagram Stories. "My sister is married!!" she wrote. "Congratulations @janamduggar and @stephenwissmann. ."
