It’s official: Hannah and Jeremiah Duggar are now parents to three kids under the age of 3. On Sunday, Hannah revealed that their third child (and third baby girl) has officially arrived, sharing the first photos of their newest addition to the family in an Instagram post. She’s so adorable, and her name is so unique – not an easy task to pull off in a family that has nearly 40 grandchildren!
The sweet birth announcement came on May 18.
In the post, Hannah and Jeremiah revealed that their baby arrived on May 13, 2025, sharing a couple of photos of their little one, along with her name: Emery Jane. In the pictures, she’s wearing an adorable white outfit and a black bow headband.
“There’s absolutely nothing like meeting and falling in love with a new baby!!” read the caption. “We are overjoyed to welcome to our family Emery ‘Emy’ Jane Duggar.”
So many people are already congratulating Hannah and Jeremiah on her arrival.
The comments of the Instagram post are totally flooded with messages and well-wishes for baby Emy, including Hannah’s sisters-in-law.
“Congratulations guys! She’s a doll!” Jill Duggar wrote, while Jinger Duggar added, “She’s such a doll! 😍 so excited for you all!”
Maddie Grace Duggar, who is married to Jason, commented, “So happy for you guys!!!”
Some critics are surprised by the name they chose.
Because Hannah and Jeremiah’s older two babies both have names that start with the letter B – Brynlee, 2, and Brielle, 1 – some fans expected their third daughter’s name would follow suit. When that wasn’t the case, many people shared their surprise on Reddit.
“Shocked they didn’t go with Bremereigh,” one person wrote. Another commenter shared, “Smart (comparatively) to get out of the letter naming now. Any more Bs and you’re stuck with it.”
Hannah and Jeremiah announced in December that they were expecting.
Sharing a family photo that showed Hannah and Jeremiah holding their daughters, along with a tiny pair of shoes, they revealed the good news in an Instagram post on December 24.
“Life with our little girls has been wonderful and we are so excited about adding a third little girl to this group late next spring!!” the couple wrote at the time.
