Now that fall is finally here, it's almost Halloween — and what better way to celebrate the spooky season than with some solid horror movies? Starring Burt Reynolds, Steve Daron, and Guisela Moro, this 2016 thriller follows a horror writer who goes to a cabin in the Appalachian mountains with his mistress to work on his latest book … only to become the center of a mystery when she goes missing. 'The Amityville Horror'
In the 2005 remake of The Amityville Horror, a young Ryan Reynolds plays George Lutz, a man who moves into a house with his wife (Melissa George) and kids that turns out to be haunted after a murder happened there years ago … and the house wants to claim them as the next victims. 'The Rage: Carrie 2'
We've all seen the classic high school horror film Carrie, but the sequel may have flown under the radar for many of us. In The Rage: Carrie 2, it's a girl named Rachel's "time to shine" when she's bullied at school. Just like in the original Carrie, a prank sets her off, and her powers become all too clear. 'Soul Survivors'
Starring Casey Affleck, Eliza Dushku, and Luke Wilson, this 2001 movie is about a group of friends who are in a car accident. One of them dies, but that leads to his girlfriend having some pretty terrifying supernatural experiences as a result. Will these friends make it out alive? 'Preservation'
In Preservation, a pair of newlyweds — played by Wrenn Schmidt and Pablo Schreiber — go on what seems like a harmless camping trip. But since this is a horror movie, of course all kinds of scary, violent things start happening that leave us wondering who's actually going to survive the trip. 'Triangle'
Starring Liam Hemsworth and Melissa George, Triangle is about what happens to a group of friends after they're in a boating accident and end up on a cruise ship that seems like it could save their lives … only to realize that all kinds of crazy things are about to start happening. 'Under The Bed'
We all know kids come up with all kinds of creatures that might live under their beds, but what if they were actually right? In this 2012 movie, two brothers have to battle an actual monster under the bed, but will they actually be able to win and protect their family? Under The Bed is rated R and is available on Tubi.
'The Possession of Michael King'
In The Possession of Michael King, a man loses his wife to the supernatural and wants to prove that it doesn't exist, but there's only one problem with that: The supernatural doesn't take kindly to people who don't believe. 'In Dreams'
Starring Annette Bening and Robert Downey Jr., In Dreams is about a woman who finds out that she has a strange connection to a killer (in her dreams, obvs) and has to find a way to stop him. 'Scream'
Scream is a classic, and every spooky season calls for a full rewatch of this legendary horror film with an all-star cast, including Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, and Drew Barrymore — just to name a few. 'After.Life'
In After.Life, Christina Ricci stars as Anna, a woman who dies in a car accident but hasn't yet transitioned to the afterlife. The funeral director in charge of her final arrangements (Liam Neeson) convinces her that he's the one to help her pass over, but he may not be exactly who he seems. 'The Uninvited'
Starring Elizabeth Banks, Arielle Kebbel, and Emily Browning, The Uninvited is about a girl who comes home from her stay in a mental hospital — only to find out that she's actually being haunted by her mother's ghost … and her stepmother isn't going to make things easy on her. 'Honeymoon'

'Better Watch Out'
In this holiday-themed horror movie, a babysitter is forced to defend the kid she's looking after when intruders break in. 'It Follows'
In It Follows, a teenage girl is hit with a curse after a date gone terribly wrong. The curse is being followed by something only she can see, and its motivation is to kill her if it catches her. 'Sweeney Todd'
For fans of musicals out there, here's some good news: Sweeney Todd — the version starring Johnny Depp, of course — is also available to watch on Tubi.
