An apologetic Irina Solomonova took to Instagram on Sunday to ask for forgiveness for her bad behavior on the latest season of Netflix's series Love Is Blind. The 26-year-old reality TV contestant posted a video explaining why she's trying to make amends — but not everyone is ready to forgive her.

Irina made her mea culpa on Sunday.
Captioning her video "From my heart," she issued a solemn apology after being called out over her "mean girl" tendencies.
"The first thing I want to say is that I have privately apologized to the people I have hurt and mistreated," she began. "Second of all, I wanted to say I am so, so, so sorry for the people who watched the show and felt frustrated, angry, hurt by the way that I was mistreating people."
She recognized that she behaved immaturely and was naive during her time on the series.
"None of those people deserved to be treated the way that I treated them," she said of castmates including Zack Goytowski, Bliss Poureetezadi, Amber Wilder, Jackelina Bonds, and Micah Lussier. "I know that none of those things were OK."
Irina said she wanted to make people "feel seen" and ended up doing the "exact opposite" with her catty Love Is Blind antics.
Irina now has a lot of soul searching to do.
"I feel like being on the show was like getting a mirror put in front of your face, in the sense of seeing yourself from a different perspective," her video concluded. "That opened up so much to me, and I'm still processing and going through everything that happened."
Fans weren't feeling her apology, though.
People were suspicious of Irina's motives for making the video.
"What? Sorry, I only heard, 'I'm posting this so I don't get fully canceled and this is all about me,'" one person wrote.
Another person shared that Irina's behavior didn't really match her words. "If you actually felt remorseful, why did you go on a podcast and laugh about all of your cruelty?" the person asked.

Irina has emerged as the villain of the fourth season.
The business owner has faced major backlash for laughing at her fellow female costars as they sobbed in the pods. She also feuded with Bliss as they vied for the same man, and she made a pass at BFF Micah's fiancé, Paul Peden. In addition, after getting engaged to Zach, she took a number of cruel digs at him, including calling him "creepy" and saying he looked like a "cartoon character." (The pair eventually called off their doomed engagement.)
Suffice it to say, Irina has certainly stirred up enough drama to warrant an apology. Although we don't yet know how her castmates feel about her video, we do know that most fans just aren't buying it.
