The brother of Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes has been arrested. On Wednesday, Jackson Mahomes was charged with aggravated sexual battery after allegedly attacking a waiter and repeatedly kissing a restaurant owner on February 25. Jackson has denied the allegations.

The social media influencer stands accused of assaulting Aspen Vaughn and an unnamed waiter.
The Kansas City Star broke the story after speaking with the waiter, who claimed that Jackson forcibly entered the basement of the restaurant with several other people.
It wasn't until the waiter tried to get into the basement to get a water bottle that things turned violent.
The waiter shared his story with Aspen, which is when she was sexually assaulted, according to the news outlet.
Aspen was in the process of addressing the attack on the waiter when Jackson reportedly turned his attention to her.
The owner of Aspen's Restaurant and Lounge in Overland Park, Kansas, told police officers that she was trying to talk to Jackson about the shoving incident with the waiter when Jackson grabbed her by the neck and repeatedly kissed the 40-year-old against her will.
This alleged attack would've taken place just a little over two weeks after Patrick helped the Chiefs clinch the 2023 Super Bowl title.
Jackson's lawyers released a statement about the incident in March.
"We have provided law enforcement with the tools and evidence they need to evaluate the claims against Jackson," noted the statement provided to KCTV5. "Every interaction between people needs to be placed in the proper context. Releasing a short clip of any video does not provide proper context. We have faith in the process and look forward to a swift resolution of the matter."
Detectives are still reviewing surveillance footage, even after booking Jackson at the Johnson County Jail, HuffPost reported.
Unfortunately, Patrick's brother has a bit of a reputation.
This isn't the first time Jackson has found himself in trouble. All you have to do is read the comments on his Instagram or TikTok to see how much people were hoping that Jackson's social media hiatus, which began shortly after news of the attacks was released, would be a permanent one.
It appears Patrick's little brother has been the subject of drama for years.

Jackson may have a long legal battle ahead.
The assault was apparently caught on film and released to the public, prompting a conviction in the court of public opinion.
We can only imagine the tension this whole ordeal is causing within the Mahomes family. Considering Patrick's squeaky-clean reputation, Jackson's antics have to be causing a lot of stress for the father of two.
That being said, we imagine it's nothing compared to what the waiter and Aspen have had to endure. What an awful situation for everyone involved.
