Most of Jana Duggar‘s relationship with husband Stephen Wissmann has been totally private so far, but now, she’s giving us another glimpse into their life together as a married couple. On Tuesday, Jana shared a sweet birthday tribute to Stephen, including plenty of never-before-seen photos from their personal moments as a married couple in the Instagram post.
Jana wished Stephen a happy birthday on Instagram.
Calling Stephen her “best friend and the love of my life,” Jana shared photos of the two of them throughout their relationship, from their beach vacations to sporting matching temporary tattoos.
“Life with you has been nothing short of amazing!” Jana wrote in her caption. “Every adventure we’ve shared has been a joy, and I’ve loved every moment by your side. You are truly one of the kindest, most loving people I know, and I’m so grateful that you’re mine. Here’s to many more wonderful years!”
The couple also enjoyed a camping trip while celebrating.
In her next post, Jana shared a video from the camping trip they took for Stephen’s birthday, which looks like a blast.
Alongside snippets from their outdoor adventure, Jana wrote, “We went camping over the weekend for Stephen’s birthday! It was just what we needed! So relaxing and the best of times!”

Jana and Stephen recently celebrated their engagement anniversary.
Both Jana and Stephen shared sweet messages for each other on Instagram, looking back on the day they secretly got engaged in June 2024.
“Jana Marie, one year ago today I managed with help, the difficult feat of actually surprising you,” Stephen wrote. “I got on one knee and asked you to marry me and you graciously said yes! One year later, life with you keeps getting better and better. Walking thru joys and sorrows, surprises and disappointments, with you has made me fall in love with you over and over again. I love you more than ever and look forward to many more years of life with my best friend.”
