Another day, another Duggar pregnancy. At least, that’s what it seems like to fans of the Counting On stars these days, as most of Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar’s 19 kids are married and starting families. Fans most recently speculated that Jason Duggar‘s wife Maddie Grace is pregnant with their first child.
Jason is the 12th-born Duggar sibling. In October 2024, he married Maddie after confirming their courtship in May and announcing their engagement in August. So, could they already be expecting a baby? Let’s take a look at the evidence.

In March 2025, a Reddit user pointed out something curious: Jason recently liked a video about newborn vitamin K shots.
“This anti newborn vit K injection reel popped up on my IG,” the Redditor wrote on the r/DuggarsSnark subreddit. “Looks like jason is prepping for (or has already) creating grandduggar 194684 or whatever it is now.”
Thus far, however, Jason and Maddie have not publicly announced a pregnancy.

Meanwhile, Maddie posted on her Instagram Story in February about getting blood work.
“Does anyone else get as nervous as a chihuahua to get blood work done or is it just me?” she wrote, per a Reddit user. “I’ve heard some people ENJOY it??? I can’t imagine but I love that for you.”
Many wondered if Maddie’s blood work was part of the standard beginning-of-pregnancy care.
One commenter pointed out, “They’ve been married since October I wouldn’t doubt if there is a baby on the way any time soon. It’s the Duggars what do you expect?”
Another snarked, “Is her last name Duggar? Then yes, she is!! 🤰🥴.”
The Duggars are known for getting pregnant right after a wedding.
When it comes to the Duggar family, many have wasted no time in starting a family after saying “I do.” Jason’s older sister, Jessa, married Ben Seewald on November 1, 2014; they welcomed their son, Spurgeon, on November 5, 2015. Similarly, Jill Duggar married Derick Dillard on June 21, 2014; their son, Israel, was born on April 6, 2015.
Jason said he was looking forward to the ‘next seasons of life’ with Maddie.
After their October wedding, Jason’s comments in an interview with People hinted that starting a family could be on the horizon.
“I think for both of us, we’re pretty simple people really. It’s like just doing life together,” he told the magazine. “Just being able to enjoy the next seasons of life and just be able to take those next steps.”
Not to mention, 2025 has been a Duggar baby boom so far.

In January, Jed and Katey Duggar welcomed twin girls, Elsie and Emma. Jinger Duggar is next up to deliver, as she’s due with her third child, a boy, in late March. Jeremiah Duggar and his wife, Hannah, announced in December that they were expecting baby No. 3. Most recently, Jessa Duggar announced she was pregnant with her sixth child.
Additionally, some have speculated that Josiah Duggar’s wife, Lauren, is pregnant with their fourth baby.
As for Jason and Maddie, fans will have to wait and see if a pregnancy announcement comes in the near future!
