In Hollywood, more often than not, celebrities getting cosmetic procedures done is just a rite of passage. And now, we know Jennifer Aniston and Sandra Bullock are among them. On Wednesday, Jennifer and Sandra were spotted at a plastic surgery retreat in Connecticut in new photos published by the Daily Mail — and seeing as one of the doctors there is considered among the best of the business, it's no surprise they'd travel to make sure he's the one taking care of their faces.

Jennifer and Sandra were photographed leaving the retreat's offices.
According to the Daily Mail, the actresses and friends were joined by Amanda Anka — Jason Bateman's wife — as they left The Retreat at Split Rock in Greenwich, Connecticut. They were seen coming out of the office of Dr. Neil A. Gordon's office, a plastic surgeon who specializes in "facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty."
The retreat is known for its facelifts.
Gordon performs surgeries without the help of an assistant, and the facilities are extremely private, with no lobby, which sounds like the ideal place for a celebrity to get some work done without being bothered.
The center doesn't just do surgery; patients can also get injections like Kybella and Botox.
Jennifer has copped to making a few changes before.
Back in 2007, she told People that she'd gone under the knife to get her deviated septum fixed, and in 2022, she told Glamour that she gets weekly peptide injections to keep her skin looking rejuvenated.
"Two things are inevitable. The first, aging. The second, there’s always going to be critics. For me, it’s more of the question of how do I take the best care of myself, physically and mentally? We can still thrive when we’re older, and that’s thanks to all the advancements in health, nutrition, technology, and science," she said when asked about aging.
Sandra has shut down plastic surgery rumors in the past.
After there were rumors that Sandra had gotten work done after she looked different on the red carpet at the 2018 Oscars, Sandra said she had been sick and was puffy.
"I am affected by it because I don’t feel confident when I dress up and go on the red carpet," she told InStyle (via Allure) at the time. "I’m not that person who knows how to work it. I try to channel Beyoncé. I do the same pose every time. I try not to dread that kind of stuff, but I do get incensed and think, 'How can they write this?'"

No word on what the stars may have had done.
But it seems like if you're going to get a cosmetic procedure — and you can afford to spend tens of thousands of dollars on it the way that Sandra and Jennifer can — it's worth it to go to the kind of place that offers this level of expertise and privacy. It's not your typical girls' day, but maybe they had fun!
