Some fans were amazed that she handled the situation so flawlessly, while others were convinced she did it on purpose. The concert came just after Jennifer celebrated her 56th birthday, so her dancers and band, along with the audience, sang “Happy Birthday” to her. As the crowd reached the end of the song and Jennifer began to thank everyone, her skirt fell off.
She quickly brushed it off.
Her timing was impeccable. Within seconds, Jennifer posed confidently and strutted across the stage without her skirt. “I’m out here in my underwear,” she said into the mic. A dancer tried to help Jennifer put the skirt back on, and she commented on how the incident would soon be “everywhere.”
And it was basically shared ‘everywhere,’ including Jennifer’s YouTube channel.

After the dancer tried to help J.Lo secure her skirt, she seemingly gave up and threw the garment out into the crowd. She told the person who caught it that they could “keep it.”
“I’m glad that they reinforced that costume,” she said. “And I’m glad I had underwear on. I don’t usually wear underwear.”
Some people said the wardrobe malfunction had to be staged.
Jennifer did handle the incident incredibly well — so well, in fact, that some people believed she must’ve lost her skirt on purpose.
