Inside Jimmy Fallon’s $15 Million Eclectic New York Penthouse

TV personality Jimmy Fallon's New York City penthouse honestly has to be one of the most fun celebrity homes we've ever seen. It's so quirky, just like Jimmy himself! The 5000-square-foot apartment is in Manhattan's Old World Gramercy building, which was built in 1883 and overlooks Gramercy Park. Jimmy and wife Nancy Juvonen, who is a film producer, actually purchased four top-floor apartments in the co-op building over the past 10 years and converted them into a triplex where they are raising their two children, Winnie and Frances.

After spending most of 2020 at their home in the suburbs, they've decided to put the eclectic abode on the market. Jimmy is asking $15 million for the home, which boasts six bedrooms and five full bathrooms and offers some impressive views of the city. It features some really charming details such as original hardwood floors, skylights, and a bright eat-in kitchen.

Although Jimmy and Nancy's home of the past decade is bursting with their personality, we could see anyone coming in and being able to really make it their own. Right now, though, it's so much fun. Seriously, photos of Jimmy's apartment are a joy to look at. Just take a peek inside this unique New York City penthouse to see what we mean.

Cozy & Functional

Jimmy's living room looks just like the common area in a ski lodge one might find in Vermont or Maine. It has a pretty stone fireplace and unique plaid wallpaper, along with a chandelier made out of antlers (possibly faux). The ceiling looks to be the apartment's original, and a few more modern pieces of furniture tie it all together.

Check Out That Bar

On the other side of the cozy living room is a large, curved wooden bar, so this is definitely a space intended for adults to enjoy just as much, if not more, than children. Who even needs to go out? Overall, the space definitely doesn't look at all like it's in a New York City apartment.

Ready for a Nightcap

Because Jimmy works nights as the Tonight Show host, we're not at all surprised he would have such an impressive home bar. Whether he's hosting celebrity guests or helping himself to a nightcap before bed, his bar certainly looks well-equipped for him to whip up anything he could want.

Casual Dining

The eat-in kitchen in Jimmy's penthouse is absolutely flooded with light from large windows that surround at least two of its walls. It's a bright and airy space that's accented by colorful and playful fixtures that make the kitchen feel super-homey and comfortable. There's also lots of counter space.

Dining Area

The kitchen's large center island serves as the home's main dining area. It's an industrial style piece with a heavy butcher block top. It appears the island was actually purchased as a piece of furniture rather than built into the kitchen, which adds to the home's eclectic look. Also notice the many TVs all over this house.

Impressive Pantry

We don't often see pantries on celebrity house listings, but we totally get why this one was too good to leave out of the photo gallery. The walk-in pantry actually looks like it might have been a bathroom or small bedroom originally (typical of the building's time period), especially with its hardwood floors and wallpaper, but its absolute organization is the most impressive part.

So Much Personality

This home has so much original character, and Jimmy and Nancy took the time to make sure it was decorated in a way that really reflects their personalities. It's also worth noting that although its square footage is massive for a New York City apartment, it's actually not that big for a celebrity home. We like all of the clever space-saving solutions they've implemented throughout.

Kid Space

Jimmy spends a lot of time at home with his two kids during the day, so it makes total sense that he would want to have a space dedicated to keeping them entertained. Their playroom is seriously adorable with the vintage wallpaper, hardwood flowers, and the brightly hued decor.

Make Way

Even walking from one part of Jimmy Fallon's New York apartment to the next is a sensory experience. We are kind of obsessed with how much art and color there is in every single area of this penthouse. Even though much of the home's decor and art are quite bold, it doesn't feel like too much.

Happy Kids

Although we doubt the new owner will keep much of the wallpaper throughout this penthouse, we think all of the vintage wallpaper looks super cool. This print is so adorable for a happy little kid's bedroom, especially when accented with all of the cool artwork that frames the bed.

Space for Guests

Well, sort of. As we mentioned, the home does have six bedrooms, however tiny they may be. This guest bedroom is miniscule, but regardless, it is a charming place to lay one's head. The vintage furnishings and decor make it look like a really sweet space, and thankfully, the window makes it feel a bit less claustrophobic.

More Spacious Master

Although still on the small side, Jimmy Fallon's master bedroom is much more spacious than the other bedrooms in the penthouse. Plus, that incredibly large skylight, white walls, and mostly white decor make it feel bigger than it is. And there's actually more to it beyond these four walls.

Closet Space

The home's master closet is accessed via another narrow hallway. It's actually a walk-in with plenty of space for Jimmy and Nancy to get dressed for events, so they don't have to squeeze into their small bedroom. That massive, gilded mirror in the hall is such a nice choice and certainly large enough for a full-length reflection.

Glamping Style

The home's rustic bathroom reminds us of fancy glamping cabins. The walls and ceiling are all constructed of wooden beams, and there's tons of built-in shelving for storage and to display more vintage decor. But the large, freestanding soaking tub is ultra-luxurious, making this space feel totally relaxing.

Happy Place

Whether this space was most recently used as a home office or virtual learning space, it's such an inviting and cheerful space to get some work done. It's small, but all of the shelving makes it incredibly functional and it has an incredibly positive vibe for kids and grown-ups.

Chill Vibes

Because Jimmy's penthouse is actually made up of four different apartments, it makes sense that there's more than one living area. This one is so chill and looks like the perfect grown-up spot to relax. It has a totally different feel from the rustic living room, even though it has similar wood walls.
