These days, Josiah and Lauren Duggar are living a mostly private life, but now, we finally have an update on what's been going on with them. Reportedly, Josiah and Lauren have spent $573K on a brand new home, just as it was revealed that Lauren's expecting their third child.

Josiah and Lauren built a home on Michelle and Jim Bob's property.
In November 2022, according to The Sun, Jim Bob and Michelle transferred more than five acres of land on their compound to the couple, and it looks like they didn't waste any time getting to work.
Now, their new home is built, and it appears they're ready to move in.
The new home seems to be bigger than their current house.
The home is 2,556 square feet, with three bathrooms, hardwood floors, a front porch, and a garage. In photos obtained by The Sun, we can see that it's white with a gray roof, though not many other details have been revealed. The couple signed the mortgage on June 30 and are now officially paying off their $573,000 bill.
There seems to be a lot of news about these two lately.
In fact, thanks to a vlog posted by Jinger that showed footage from her recent trip to visit family back in Arkansas, we can see Lauren sporting a rather large baby bump, signaling that her third child is on the way.
It seems that she and Josiah welcomed their second baby sometime in the last couple of years — and we only know that child exists because there was a Christmas gift waiting for a baby named Daisy next to the gift for their oldest daughter, Bella.
The couple has remained private over the last few years.
Around the time of Josh Duggar's FBI investigation, Josiah and Lauren slowly began pulling away from social media, sharing less and less on their account and deleting the posts they had shared in the past. Now their account is both empty and private, and they've seemed to shy away from public life ever since.

It seems as if this move is coming just in time for them.

If they're expecting a new baby sometime this year, there's no doubt that they will need the extra space, especially because they already have two little ones at home. Here's hoping we can get a better glimpse at their new digs very soon.
