Joy-Anna Duggar Dishes on Whether She Wants More Kids With Husband Austin

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar became a household name thanks to their 19 kids and super-religious lifestyle. Now that most of their children are adults, many have started families of their own. Joy-Anna Duggar recently dished on whether she wants more kids with her husband, Austin Forsyth.

Joy-Anna and Austin married in May 2017. Since then, the former Counting On stars have welcomed three children: Gideon, almost 7, Evelyn, 4, and Gunner, 21 months. But do they hope to add more little ones to their brood in the future?

Does Joy-Anna Duggar want more kids with Austin?

On February 7, Joy-Anna took to her Instagram Stories to participate in a Q&A session with her followers. She answered questions about napping and other motherhood topics. Sandwiched among the queries, one follower asked about Joy and Austin’s family plans.

Her husband was on board.

In the clip, Joy turned to her husband, who was driving while she rode in the front passenger’s seat.

“OK, babe. The people want to know: More babies?” she asked.

Austin silently shook his head in the affirmative.

Meanwhile, Joy-Anna agreed that they weren’t done growing their family just yet.

“We definitely want more babies,” Joy-Anna told curious fans. “Not planning on anything right now. I do not feel done but I do not feel ready. … But we’re taking one at a time, or maybe two, you know if twins happen. But loving this stage of life and loving where we’re at. So just enjoying that.”

Her sister Jinger Duggar recently said it’s ‘very possible’ one of their siblings would have 19 kids.

In January, Jinger Duggar and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, appeared on The Unplanned Podcast. The soon-to-be mom of three admitted that it was “very possible’ one of her siblings would have 19 kids like their parents.

“So, get this: One of my brothers is a twin, OK? He and his wife, they’re pregnant with twins and their twins are going to be born before their oldest turns 3, so they’re going to have four under the age of 2, so it’s possible,” she said.

Of course, Jinger was referring to her brother, Jed, and his wife, Katey, who welcomed twins Elise and Emma, their third and fourth children, in January.

What Duggars are pregnant?

Thus far, the only Duggar siblings who have publicly announced a pregnancy are Jinger and Jeremiah Duggar. Jinger and Jeremy are expecting baby No. 3, a boy, in March after welcoming two daughters, Felicity and Evangeline. Meanwhile, Jeremiah and his wife, Hannah, are expecting their third child after having two daughters, Brielle and Brynley.

Fans, however, have speculated that Jill Duggar is pregnant with baby No. 4, Jana Duggar is expecting her first child, and Josiah Duggar’s wife Lauren is pregnant with their fourth child, but none of them have confirmed a current pregnancy.
