All of Justin and Claire Duggar's hard work appears to have paid off. The couple — who married in February 2021 — had been slowly fixing up an old RV over the past few months, and they've now given their fans a peek at the impressive transformation in a new YouTube video. It looks like their trusty set of wheels is finally ready to hit the open road and take them on a few fun adventures.
Justin and Claire shared the transformation video on Monday.
"Loved transforming this old, nasty camper into such a cozy little space," they captioned the five-minute-long clip.
Fans get to catch some "before" shots of the space, which appeared dated, dark, and dirty, before seeing how the couple transformed it into a more usable mode of travel with their DIY skills.
The kitchen has been updated from top to bottom.
In a quick highlight reel shared on Instagram, fans could really see just how much work Justin and Claire did. They completely repainted the kitchen cabinets, replaced the countertops, and put down new flooring that brightened up the space.
And the kitchenette isn't the only area where they put in some elbow grease.
They also transformed the community spaces.
With a family the size of the Duggars, it's likely that Justin knows just how important seating can be, which is why he and Claire transformed the living room space by adding several different seating areas.
They also painted and added a bit of wood trim and curtains, giving it a whole new vibe.
The bathroom got a much-needed makeover as well.
One of the benefits of having your own travel trailer is never being too far from a clean bathroom when you're on the road. Justin and Claire's new bathroom looks like a million bucks after the pair updated the cabinetry with the same shade of gray from the kitchen and added some shiplap to the backsplash above the new sink and vanity.
They'll get plenty of rest while they're on the road.
After a long day of traveling, the newlyweds will be able to catch some z's in their cozy new bed. They added more shiplap, new curtains, and gray paint to the bedroom area.
We can't wait to see them finally get a chance to test out their renovated RV. It looks like they just got a new pickup truck to tow it, so we assume they'll be hitting the road soon!
