Fans have a whole new reason to love Princess Kate. A video from a February photo opp is going viral thanks to the way Kate did a stealthy slide to move in closer to Queen Margrethe of Denmark and Crown Princess Mary. The 41-year-old must spend a lot of time on the dance floor because she's clearly got some moves.

The clip went viral on TikTok.
The video shows the three women lining up for photos. Both Margrethe and Mary stood close to one another while Kate kept her distance from the pair. The queen wasn’t having that, though, and waved Kate closer for the photos.
The TikTok video features the moment Kate slid in next to the queen, and people can’t get over the little dance move she did to make it happen.
People shared their thoughts about the little move in the comments.

A commenter coined the move the “Princess Shuffle,” saying they “loved everything about this” in a post that has already gained more than 7,000 likes and counting.
Another person noted how impressive it was that Kate was able to do it while wearing her trademark pumps. “And in heels! I would definitely get caught on the carpet and wipe out,” the person wrote.
Some people thought the move was an elegant way to move closer while photographers were snapping away.
The video was obviously captured while the trio was smiling for the cameras, which is likely why Kate was careful to not make any sudden movements. “I feel like it’s so she doesn’t look weird scooting in one big leap in case they photograph every second,” one person wrote.
“It may be that many photos were being taken and she was trying to avoid a pic of her legs separate,” another person added.
Those theories make sense to us, but not everyone thought the careful sidestep was necessary.
A few people roasted Kate for the awkward move.

People thought her hesitation to take a step was silly given the way the other women quickly moved closer to one another. “This is less discreet and less smooth than just taking that tiny step over,” one person wrote.
“This will never not be funny to me,” another person added with some laughing and crying emojis. “The queen literally invited her to come in closer. She didn’t need to shuffle in.”

Love it or hate it, Kate was obviously thinking about the bigger picture while having her photo taken.
As for the reason for her visit, Us Weekly reported she was in Denmark trying to see how the country had managed to create such a positive culture around early childhood development — one of her biggest royal missions.
