Kate Middleton's appearance at the Royal Ascot had us seeing red … in the best way possible! The Princess of Wales seriously rocked her ruby look while she and Prince William attended the event. The bold color must've given her some added sass because she was caught getting a bit fresh with her hubby in front of onlookers!

Kate donned a red dress for the big day.
The mother of three was all smiles as she attended Friday's event. Although she was clearly having a blast during the races, people couldn't help but be drawn to her fabulous outfit. E! News reported that her red tea-length dress was made by none other than Alexander McQueen, a favorite designer of Kate's.
The color was a bold choice for Kate.
Kate normally opts for more subdued looks during royal engagements, so the red dress was a definite eye catcher. This isn't the first time she's gone big when it comes to color, though. During Easter services, the Princess of Wales was spotted with a red manicure, marking the first time she donned the color on her nails since before she married into the royal family.
William wore more traditional attire.
There were no bold fashion choices where the prince was concerned. Instead, he wore his normal ascot outfit, featuring a full tuxedo and top hat. Even though he wasn't making any big fashion moves, he clearly got the attention of his wife, because Kate was unusually flirty with the future king during the event.
Kate was seen giving William's butt some attention.
While William was getting ready to present The Commonwealth Cup, Kate was spotted patting his royal rear end.
The father of three clearly enjoyed the PDA moment with his wife because he was all smiles after she finished hyping him up for his presentation. The affectionate grab wasn't the first time we've seen Kate get handsy in recent months, either.

She also got pretty touchy-feely at the BAFTAs.
In February, Kate was spotted giving her husband's backside a little pat during an appearance at the British Academy Film Awards show.
They may have been married for more than a decade, but it's clear that they haven't lost their spark during that time. Hopefully William is as happy to be receiving the extra attention as Kate is to be giving it!
