What to Know
After Kelly Osbourne shared a selfie video with her son, Sidney Wilson, on TikTok her fans expressed genuine concern for her health. Because Kelly appears thinner than ever before, and the video was posted in January 2026, about six months after her dad Ozzy Osbourne’s death, Kelly’s appearance was cause for concern.
Some users left comments to joke about Kelly’s weight loss after she appeared 85 pounds smaller following her weight loss journey. She told People that she has never done Ozempic, but did take unnamed vitamins and peptides to help her along the way after receiving a gastric sleeve surgery. Still, some of her critics have accused the singer and LEGO Masters Jr. host of being the semaglutide drug and of losing what many see as an unhealthy amount of weight.

Kelly Osbourne’s fans are worried about her health.
In Kelly’s video, she holds her son Sidney and asks him to say “good morning.” She then asks him for a kiss and smiles at the camera after he kisses her. She then happily says “good morning” to her fans and followers and the video ends. But Kelly’s appearance, including a well-defined jawline and high cheekbones, is what people really focused on.
“That doesn’t remotely look like Kelly Osbourne,” one user commented. “This is sad.”
“Omg I usually don’t comment on people’s weight but I’m being so sincere, I hope you’re OK,” another user wrote.
The account appears to belong to Kelly, though it has not been verified. It does have videos specific to TikTok, though, rather than pulled straight from Instagram. So if it is indeed her actual account, she may see the concerned comments from her fans.
Other users pointed to Kelly’s grief after losing her dad.
One wrote, “Grief does horrible things to you and these comments are shocking.”
“Sometimes when people are grieving, they forget to take care of themselves in simple ways like eating,” another wrote. “Be gentle with this lady. She may be famous and rich, but she’s still just a girl who lost her dad. This makes my heart sad. This is more than weight loss. I’m sure she’s hurting.”
To be fair, Kelly looks the same in the TikTok video as she does in most of her Instagram posts. But for some reason, for users on TikTok, it was jarring to see her appearance in the video. While some were quick to poke fun at Kelly about her appearance and make jokes at her expense, others shared actual concern for her and her grief over her father’s death.
Kelly shared on the Hollywood Raw Podcast that she had gastric sleeve surgery to help with her physical health, and she has no regrets about it. She also noted that she received injections in her face for jaw pain, which helped to reshape her face. That, in addition to Kelly’s weight loss, may account for her pronounced jawline.
Per The U.S. Sun, Kelly has faced scrutiny and rumors about her appearance since she received the weight loss surgery and her body and face began to change in obvious ways. That doesn’t mean her video on TikTok isn’t still concerning for some. However, it does mean that, in some ways, Kelly’s appearance isn’t anything new.
